Great team and great communication. While the lessons are long the course conductor makes sure that you comprehend the module before moving onto the next.
Ray was great at making himself available at anytime if we had a question that we needed an answer too.

Great experience all round.
Recently I completed the Bronze RePL and AORC. It is a challenging course but very well resourced and presented. My instructor Ray Farmer presented the course material clearly and was engaging throughout the zoom presentations. The days are long and filled with information. It takes some processing however Ray was very generous with his time and knowledge ensuring that all students have an understanding of the topics covered. The flight component of the course was very hands on. Under Rays guidance each activity of the day was very well planned and ran smoothly. I have throughly enjoyed the course and look forward to building on these new skills into the future.

While Ace Aviation was once well-recognized, my personal experience with them has been disappointing. Despite my efforts to reach out to them, I have been left waiting for a response without any resolution to my issue. It's frustrating to see that they prioritize taking payments but fail to provide timely and satisfactory customer service.

It seems like you are considering obtaining a drone license for business purposes, but I must admit that my experience so far has been disappoiting. It has been five months, and I haven't made much progress. From a business point of view, this delay is quite concerning, and I'm beginning to doubt whether pursuing a drone license for my business is a promising venture at this stage. The extended waiting period and lack of progress are hindering my plans, and I'm unsure if the investment in time and resources will yield the expected returns.

Since April, I've been attempting to organize classes and tests with Ace Aviation, but the experience has been far from smooth. Despite my efforts, they haven't been confirming bookings promptly or provide clear date changes, meaning missing working hours. These classes are quite lengthy, spanning 6-8 hours, and occasionally fall on weekdays, making it necessary for me to take time off from work. It's disheartening to feel like Ace Aviation prioritizes financial gains over their customers' time and convenience. Their lack of consideration for their customers' commitments and their apparent focus on making money leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service.
In the WhatsApp chat, I began sharing my concerns and complaints about the poor customer service I experienced. To my surprise, I discovered that others in the chat had also faced similar issues with customer service. It was disheartening to learn that multiple people had encountered difficulties when dealing with various services.

I chose Ace aviation as I’ve heard many great reviews, the friendly members did not disappoint as helped me me get to where I want to be. Thank ti for your support and highly recommend.

Super patient instructors. Enjoyable and flexible times for courses. Certificates and marking has been very slow.

Classes and material is a bit intense. Classes and notes are well structured. Instructors/Lecturers are engaging during classes which I find helpful.

The course was a bit intense but I managed to keep up. I think some people on the course were not there the whole time so they may struggle.
Ray Farmer was great and explained things well.
The areas you need to address are communication. Regularly I send an email or text and it does not get answered. I have sent some over the last few days and they are still unanswered.
