I have only put a few of the cabinets together so far, but I am seeing warpage in the materials. I am having to clamp them together and gluing. As for the service I received I will give Ryan a 10+. I also give your prices a 10+.

I ordered laminate flooring to replace some boards that was damaged due to a water leak. I used AAA Distributor for this flooring throughout my home some years ago, so I was surprised and excited it was still available! Well...1 of boxes was really damaged...I called and was given directions on how to report the damage with picture attached and never got a response. I called back after days of no response and was promised to get a response but nothing.

Two shipments went well via truck carriers. The third shipment with FedEx is not delivered yet after a week.

Everything arrived on time and product was just as described! No surprises!

After an initial hiccup the problem was satisfactorily resolved. I had ordered an item and the wrong item was delivered. Initially I had no response to my phone calls and messages but later I was refunded the whole amount.

Very satisfied with AAA. Dial the phone number and a real person answers the phone. They predicted the delivery date and the delivery time was days not weeks. Pricing was competitive, if not a bit lower, than other sources for the same product. They assigned me to a freight carrier which also did a good job….shower door was adequately palletized and banded so glass doors arrived unscathed.

Delivery on time but bottom anti-water strip of shower door is too short so after I installed the shower door, I can’t use it , still waiting for a replacement.

Great place for quality cabinets. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing they can do differently is to have an option to select cabinet assembly during online checkout

The products from AAA distributors was just as I expected. Ther service was excellent. I may not order RTA cabinets again, but I would definitely order from AAA distributors again.

Fast service and great price however the lack of communication caused the product to sit on the front lawn for a few days wasting the time made-up by express shipping, and when I called to check on the order no one answered or returned my messages

The kitchen cabinets I purchased are well engineered and made of good materials. The company went well beyond my expectations for service! I received my order in timely fashion only to find damage due to shipping. I contacted the company and within a few days the replacements were on there way. These however got lost by the shipper. I contacted AAA again, and again they had replacement cabinets coming my way in short order. I got the rest of my cabinets today… just in time to install. They charged me nothing for shipping, even though they sent them 3 times across the country! Thank you!

Ordered a white cabinet received a gray one. Have called several times, was transferred and have left messages and got no where.

We were so excited to find just the right shower door and at a reasonable price. We were skeptical about the delivery process, especially since we live in a very remote community and almost always have major delivery delays.
