Fakes
Dishonest, unprofessional. After salesman assured specifics about custom, solid mahogany outswing exterior doors I received inswing doors with no security hinges of mahogany veneer with busted corners. Salesman acted as if everything was just so and had no other cognizant. Also, come to find out the doors have no product approval ratings of any sort and they will not disclose overseas company they bought the doors from. The un-approved “tempered” glass is from China (Pilkington). They are aware which products do not pass requirements and are eager to sell without disclosure. Upon discussion of return for means of wrong product they wanted more money (hefty sum) for return shipment. They also forgot/disincluded (2) doors from order. They are basically crook distributors who do not make anything but false promises.
