I found an unusually low price on an excellent product (External SSD drive). It was packaged well and shipped fast. Within a few months, the drive went bad. Very rare, happens sometimes.
Sent an email, they answered immediately with an RMA Number and free return shipping. Within MINUTES of receiving the defective drive, they packed & shipped the replacement and sent me an email with tracking number.
Let me tell you this, you can TRUST this merchant. In the rare case anything goes wrong, their support is outstanding, Customer Service is great and you'll be in good hands.
