The entire rental process was incredibly fast. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I got the keys and was on my way. No waiting around, just efficient service that got me on the road in minutes.

I had an excellent experience with them. Their cars are in perfect condition, the prices are fair and the staff is helpful and always available when you need them.

Their prices are very competitive, they don't charge an arm and a leg.

Very unprofessional car rental company is the nice way to put it. Avoid if possible!!!
I booked a budget car through a comparison site, and the price was decent, but the car was not in great shape. Tire sensor indicator was on all the time, parking sensors were faulty, but we could live without those.
We agreed from the start to extend for an extra day (which was charged at €35 / day). When I had to sign the contract they asked the "approximate" return time as I didn't know in advance and I said around 19:00. Was late for 1h and the guy called me few times saying that I was late as the car was supposed to be handed to another customer at 20:00 although their parking was literally full of cars. He refused to drive us back to the airport unless I would pay him €70 extra charge ( not sure why since the daily rate was €35). In the end, they charge my credit card as I didn't want to pay on the spot, what I believe it should have been the guy's tip probably.

*Update to AACars reply: isn't easier to get rid of your silly tactics to overcharge customers for late returns (few hours), since we rent and pay per day, not per hour??? I appreciate you are willing to look into it and even "refund", but keep them funds for now since that is your policy and way of doing business, maybe try to train your staff to be more polite in the future and to stop lying. Your car park was packed with budget cars, while your guy was trying to tell me that our car was supposed to be with other customer and we messed up your bookings :)) keep the funds and enjoy your lives, good luck growing your business and getting positive feedback from bots 👍
