Aadoubleglazing Reviews

From ordering to completion the communication and service was excellent. All the people we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Work completed on time and to specification required for the installation.

I can’t rate AA Double Glazing enough, Dev has gone above and beyond in helping us with a problem with our bifold doors. These doors were not even purchased at AA but Dev has helped and guided us to sort the problem out.

I odered some quadrant from the outlet next door and PAID for them to be delivered.

They came damaged and scratched and I called the outlet and they said that checked them and signed for them on the day of delivery which is a lie I havw CCTV proof of this.

A guy called Arron said that they would get it sorted and talk to a manager and get it resolved.

With no callback I called them and they didn’t want to help and were patronising and are holding me to ransom by saying that they will swap them I can take them back to them.

The reason for gett them delivered is because I couldn’t pick them up.

I asked the guy who delivered them if I was there and checked them over on the day and he said he didnt what he had for breakfast.

I could here them taking the mickey out of me in the background and when challenged them about it they said they was on another call.

The worst customer service ever all i wanted was them replacing as they were damaged and I didn’t even want my money back.

Fantastic service throughout from AA. Special mention to Yash who looked after us from start to finish . Great price and service . Everything happened exactly when they said it would and we were extremely happy with the end product. The fitters did a great job completing the installation very quickly and professionally of what was a large job with 20+ windows. They also did a great job of ensuring no damage to the inside plastering etc . Would highly recommend AA and would definitely use again .

A very helpful team who were quick to respond to my queries. The team who fitted the windows were efficient and highly professional.

Was referred to these guys through a friend and they did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and assisted with what I needed, and the quality is perfect. Would 100% recommend.

Staff are really friendly and windows look amazing, can really tell they’re of a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

I got a a heavy duty door from the company with some double glazed windows, the price was fantastic and the lads there were very helpful. Will definitely be coming here again!

I went into the showroom and spoke with Dhilan and he booked me in for a survey straight away. A few days later the surveyor Rakesh turned up on time as usual done all the measurements and within a few hours I got my quotation which was very reasonable. I accepted the quote and Dhilan called me back to get the job booked in. They kept me i updated throughout the process and on the morning of the installation I received a call to say the engineer was on his way. He come promptly and carried out the work to a very high standard. Well done to everyone and I would always recommend them to anyone

Great windows, great team and great service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality windows, they did an excellent job and I would choose them again without a doubt.

Had an outcall repair, very good service, quick fix , and the price was very reasonable

Best windows guys

Great team, great knowledge

Our initial contact was Yash at the showroom. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the different styles, colours etc. . He is very professional and courteous in his approach so a big thank you.
Rakesh came to carry out the survey and he too was so helpful in offering advice and alternatives which we took on board.
The fitting was carried out on time by Jimmy and Co workers. Again, very professional and skilled fitters. Did a fantastic job with attention paid to detail.
We're really pleased with the final result- the product is solid- and can't thank AA glazing enough for looking after us throughout the process.
Would recommend highly.

Had my windows fitted for my shop front what an amazing job. Staff are fantastic. Thank you AA

Excellent all around

Decided to go with these guys and they great. Exceptional customer service and outstanding results achieving exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had my windows replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

The team were knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were extremely respectful of my home - cleaning up thoroughly after the job was completed.

The quality of the windows is excellent. I’ve already noticed an improvement in insulation and a significant reduction in outside noise. The finished look has completely transformed the appearance of my home.

If you’re looking for a reliable, professional window company that delivers high-quality work and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them.

Quality work no one better than these guys
