Hello

Hello, I had a very unpleasant experience at Bounce, Ocean mall Karachi. The guy named Taha or Talha present inside the premises pushed my 2.5 years old son just because my little one was taking the football ball off the bounce platform towards the ballpit area. The guy had a very unpleasant demeanour and was not welcoming at all. This happened today on 07/29/2022 between 4:45 pm to 5:15 pm slot. Please look into this, and respond. Also provide adequate training to your staff.
