Order elsewhere would be my best advice.
AALabels.com google link reads "Order Before 4pm for Next Day" I know the service I expect when I read that. I think most people would read it the same way I did.
My Order Acknowledgement gave a delivery date of 24th November (I was given this date throughout the online order process). The order was delivered 25th November.
Told by Customer Service this was because of a "computer glitch" on their system initially. From their below response it seems, not a computer glitch. They never intended to meet the promised service level
Your next day orders will not be delivered next day. Their next day delivery is two days. Do not use if you require an order delivered next day because you will be charged £99.00 and you will not get your order next day.
Their customer service staff are anything but.

I agree with exactly what other negative reviewers say. When your order goes well that's great but woe betide if you have a problem with an order. Their customer service is awful and finds every lame excuse under the sun to not putting what is clearly their mistakes right.

I ordered 4 x reels of 250 (1000 labels). After running through our label printer we only had 95 labels per roll, the core stated 250. I sent pictures of rolls and proof of the fact we did not receive the correct amount of labels.
AA labels responded saying their machine an QC checks would tell them if it was incorrect and there is nothing they can do about it. Basically saying I am lying.
I'm shocked that AA labels have not believed the fact we didn't receive enough labels and even more shocked that they refused to help. I'm a manufacturer and have QC checks too, which showed we didn't have enough labels, so why is it so hard for AA to believe there could be a mistake their end?
The order is only £124 but the principle stands.
Fast turnaround company but if you have a problem, good luck with getting any form of help.
RESPONSE TO AA LABELS REPLY:
- if I sell a pair of shoes and the customer tells me they turned up without laces. Even though my QC guy assures me they left with laces. I send the customer more laces. It’s called customer service and a responsibility you take on as a seller. I couldn’t have proved the fact any other way than I did, I re-ordered the exact same set of labels (because I was short) so why don’t you check the difference in parcel weight across both the orders. Then I will take my apology.

Everything you said you would do, you did, and you don’t know how refreshing this is. No delays, when an issue arose, you dealt with it promptly just 100% positive. Businesses are made by the people that work within them and Sally and her team did a great job.

There was an issue with our recent order. An error had been made during manufacture. These things happen, I completely understand, but some companies are not good at rectifying their error. AA Labels however, were first class. Brilliant communication and speedy replacement of the problem labels. Thoroughly recommended. Many thanks!

Absolutely appalling service.
Placed two orders with a deadline that AA Labels were made aware of. One order got completely missed and the other then arrived 6 weeks later and was sent to the wrong address despite AA Labels being put in direct contact with our manufacturing company. I was then told that I could pay the extra charge for them sending it to the wrong address!
I paid to sort the problem out myself to then find that the labels had been printed incorrectly on the roll!
Bad communication and main member of office staff clearly doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't have a proficient level of English or customer service to do their job well. Asked to speak with a manager on numerous occasions and emails were fielded and questions not answered.
Would never use again. Very disappointed and cost my business a month of sales due to not receiving the labels on time.

I wanted to give a five star To Laura Butcher. She has provided amazing support to me from the beginning to the end. She paid amazing attention to me and made sure I got the best service and products. She coordinated very well with the communication between the house designers and me. Telephoned chasing late diapatch of an order. The staff member I spoke to had no information other than to tell me the order was "Pending Production." I asked what that meant in terms of delivery and he had no answer. He advised he would have to email production but that there was no guarantee how fast they would reply. Asked for a manager. None available. All managers in a meeting. I had the same issue the last time but had forgotten until I looked at previous emails. Time for a change of company I feel.

This company have a very untrusting and terrible way of dealing with faulty items.
They cost us over £1000. We received labels to use on milk bottles and the ink flaked off. They go out of their way to not fix an issue. Understandably they have to investigate and we offered for all the order to be collected and they can see for themselves, but they refused. Instead they carried out their own test on samples they kept behind, which showed a different result – surprise! The issue could be an intermittent fault and we had many rolls of labels, the fault could have been 4 out of 10…. But they have refused to check this and believe their small test on a couple of labels was good enough to stay we were lying. Not just us, our customer too and their staff. We must all be liars. They said the labels had been cleaned with a chemical, they are milk bottles so this can’t be the case. I am sure they will respond with some rubbish about how they carried out a test in their own kitchen at their office, and how we obstructed their investigation - we didn't, we sent photos and video's, we made many phone calls and sent many emails, showing how the labels were used to prove we weren't doing anything to cause the ink to come off, we took time and effort to get this across, to 'prove' our point, perhaps the customer is not always right? The very odd thing is, we have used their labels before and never had a problem - why would we make it up this time?? Also, we didn't want our money back - we wanted to return the faulty labels and receive labels which weren't flacking off. This is so one sided… as I said, the fault is real, and it could be intermittent. I did start a small claims court claim, but their whole process of dealing with this actually made me ill at a time when we were already worried about our business. All I can do, is never use them again and hope my story can make others do the same.

Good afternnon Katy, I have reviewed the video evidence available from the tests conducted by our QA staff and confirm, that even with strenuous effort the print and UV varnish finish on the wrap-around gloss-clear Polypropylene labels, remains unaltered. I have also reviewed the videos supplied by yourself, one of which is not a label produced by ourselves and in the other the physical effort required to remove print via abrasion, is clearly evident. All videos are available to view in support of these findings.
In reference to above...how dare you say one of the labels on the videos wasn't yours! All the labels on the videos are yours and the print came of very easily, this you would know if you had had them all returned and checked for yourselves.
We are saddened at the outcome of this matter and the obvious strength of ill feeling that you have toward AA Labels. We value all of our trade customers and have worked with you on numerous orders over the years and have always managed to jointly find workable solutions to technical issues.
I have never had issues before, so I am not sure what this comment is about? Unless to make out I complain regularly? This is the first time we have had any issues and thats why I am surprised at the way you have handled it.
We do not want the relationship to end this way, irrespective of your choosing to take your business elsewhere and welcome the opportunity to talk this matter through with you again, to explore what opportunity there may be to assist you and your client.
