WHAT WE DO… We specialise in the production of labels in both roll and sheet formats, along with the provision of design and printing services using state-of-the-art HP digital print technology. We manufacture in excess of 100,000 combinations of labels at our production facility in Peterborough and have more than 100 label materials to choose from, over 40 colours and finishes, many different types of adhesives, greater than 1,000 standard shapes and sizes of labels. All of which is produced to exacting quality assurance standards. The most comprehensive range available online, however if you still cannot find a label shape and size to suit your specific application, we will be happy to create it for you.

I highly recommend AA labels for sure. The quality and customer service is outstanding. Thank you. There was a slight hiccup with 50/50 reasons as to why, however, AA labels did everything they could to ensure the problem was fixed and I was happy, which is not the case with a lot of companies. Thank you I will be back.

Approved and ordered a batch of labels
Approved and ordered a batch of labels. The labels that arrived didn't match the best before date that I approved. This now means that the labels cannot be used. I sent them a screen shot of the original approval but they did not accept responsibility. I have ordered through them for the last 10 years but will Not in the future. They used to be good and fair but are not anymore. Offering a 10% discount on the next order is of no value when this order has to be chucked out, all because they messed up.

Tim we have thoroughly investigated this and it is quite clear and unequivical that the "Best Before Date" is the one provided by you in the original artwork and subsequently approved by you on the soft-proof required before print production.
We have already provided a 10% discount on the replacement order with the corrected date and consider it very unfair that you have posted this account of the situation publicly and as such have reported this review to Trust Pilot.
We very much hope that we can all put this behind us and move on as we have been successfully supplying plain and printed labels for "Mr Bees Suffolk Honey" for nearly 10 years now and would like to continue being of service.

web site was quite hard to use, as I couldn't remember my password, so I had phone the office to place the order.
Also I didn't get an emailed receipt so I will have to pone for this to claim back as expenses.
