I would give no stars if that was possible. I wish I’d read these reviews as now the same thing has happened to me. After waiting about 2 weeks for the boots to arrive, the wrong size has been sent. So disappointing! No reply from my emails except for one saying we will be in touch shortly. The boots look quite good but they are too big so it’s difficult to tell whether they would be ok. Probably more suitable to wear indoors I imagine. So they’ve got my payment and have made a profit I think. I will find out if anything can be done legally. No receipt or address for returning them. Appalling service so do not order from this company - they are dishonest!

First pair of boots arrived size 38 (5) which is my size. Boot showing 38 on the sole, and were far too small. Gave them away. Ordered a size 39(6), they’re far too big and have got 43 on the sole! I’ve emailed for a refund but heard nothing and don’t expect to. However, the 5s were waterproof and felt nice and warm.

I bought boots from this company received them and I wasn't happy with them I then contacted them which they said to return via tracked delivery which they got the next working day I emailed them the tracking number like they asked and several emails exchanged they said they can't seeing a tracking number I even sent photos of the receipts to them and no refund RIP off company and big fraudsters I don't recommend this company at all BIGGEST CON ARTIST'S AND SCAMMERS

I just wish I’d read more reviews before purchasing my boots arrived on time but they do not fit I contacted by email and was advised that they would be in touch. No response at all how ever I try to get in touch.

My order never arrived. No response to my emails or online chat. Zero customer service. Shocking!

Dreadful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. If you get a product on time, and which fits, you have done OK, but you have paid at least twice as much as you could have paid for the exact same footwear from another company. And when you have a problem, this company has NO interest in helping sort it out. They have your money... they no longer care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Just ordered and received wrong size boots. Want to return them for refund but getting no help whatsoever. Hermes driver delivered them but cannot get hold of him for return. Their return policy says must be done in 14 days. Am at day 10 with no luck at all. What are they doing???

Ordered 2 pairs of boots in 2 different styles for a relative, so obviously had to send 1 pair back that she didn’t like, sent them back Royal Mail & it says on website email proof of postage & the boots you would like to exchange them with & the email has bounced back 3 times, filled in a contact form nothing!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

not waterproof, feet got wet sraight away. dont buy. judging by reviews on here there is no chance of a refund. on a pension and really cant afford to lose money like this

Ordered pair of boots, came eventual with a damaged zip, despite numerous calls (phone line fault) and even more e mails to company all I got was the standard automated looking into it blurb. No customer service to date a waste of £38.READ THIS REVIEW DON'T BUY FROM THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT

UPDATE
After several emails and a polite response explaining about Chinese sizes company made the offer of replacing these boots for the cost of the postage because size sent was huge. I accepted the offer and indicated that I wondered if the next size down would still be too big. New boots arrived today 2 sizes smaller, perfect fit. So TOP MARKS for not only offering to replace boots but also using initiative to send 2 sizes smaller given that the ones ordered were absolutely huge. WELL DONE.
Ordered 2 pairs of these boots following instruction to go to the larger size if you are between sizes. Since I wear 5 or 5 1/2 I ordered the 5 1/2 which they said was 38.5. What did I get?? 2 pairs of size 40 boots that are like boats on me. Cant verify what they are like because I cant wear them. They look nice and feel nice when I put both feet in one boot! Sent 3 emails and only a standard reply received on 3 occasions saying it has been passed on to customer service and they will be in touch shortly. How short is shortly? Well not within 10 days anyway. Thoroughly disgruntled, wish I had seen these reviews first but this company is quite difficult to find on the internet.

I wish I had read these reviews first! I ordered a pair of boots after seeing an advert. Boots not received. Not sure if I ever got a confirmation email as I can’t find it now but money taken from my credit card. Online help is a joke and no rely to my email.

To make things worse I have now seen the same boots on Amazon for less than half the price.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY😡 Awfu! Boot Size Was to small, no paperwork came with my boots needed an exchange! No replies from my emails, phone number no longer in use! Won’t accept the order number for a refund! Customer service NONE EXISTANT, So stuck with boots I can’t ware, needed for winter for walking my dog, I’m a pensioner, to much money to lose😡 so angry....

No customer service replies, seem to have altered the order colour and size not what was ordered, havent been delivered anyway.

Appalled. After waiting nearly a month, the wrong shoes have arrived. The ones I ordered and paid for were more expensive and a small boot, not a shoe. I cannot seem to get in touch with the company on their chat service either, so don't know how to get my money back, or how to get what I ordered.
My recommendation - avoid this company at all costs!

Bought these boots trusting in the advert that they are waterproof warm and non slip.As a daily dog walker I was looking forward to trying my new boots out in the cold wet weather.First time out in the wet grass ...not raining ...no puddles ...just wet grass ...5 mins into my walk my feet were wet.
Discusted and angry that I have wasted my money .Having trusted the reviews on their website I thought I couldn't go wrong...are ALL their reviews genuine ....had to come on trust pilot and Facebook to find out the truth but it's too late ....they must be shown up..In days when our hard earned cash is precious ...I don't think I stand a chance if getting my money back 😠

Ordered and paid for boots that never arrived. Asked for refund but company wouldn't process. Customer service is non existent. I now have to chase a refund through my credit card and will also communicate with trading standards. Save your time and money and purchase elsewhere.

Unusable boots.
Received boots that were supposed to be waterproof but first time walking in wet grass my socks got wet. I mailed the firm for a refund since they delivered a product of such poor quality, but after several mails they would only agree to sending me a new pair, since they claimed there was nothing wrong with the boots 😡
Never received the promised new pair though. It’s now been 3 months.
Never buy anything from this firm.
