I bought a product a few days before the sale and emailed for a difference in price rather than returning the product and re purchasing it .they called me and refunded me the price difference!
The Abaya was lovely too.

Well its bit crap if u don't have the item in store u have to order it ..with not being sure with the sizes I had to order small & medium had to return one it cost £5,99 to return ..not worth it...so I won't be ordering again ..not happy at all .they shid do free delivery .

Affordable & modest clothing for all women. A company who does not support the genocide in Palestine. The pictures on the website are true the actual clothing. If you can start making them in young girls sizes too that would be great so I can twin with my girls! Both the kaftans I ordered are beautiful.

Not bad
Hijabs are nice quality. I Initially ordered and the hijabs were damaged. Eventually returned and replaced. The whole process took a long time to resolve but happy with the outcome as the new hijab arrived and are in fine condition. Only wish the handling was faster.

Repeated poor quality
I regret to say that my experience with this clothing brand has been deeply disappointing. Despite exchanging items due to poor quality, the replacements arrived in the same dismal condition. Communication via email was futile, with multiple attempts yielding no response until resorting to reaching out via Instagram. Even after sending out the items again, the quality deteriorated further. Now, as I wait for a third exchange, I can only hope for improvement. However, if the third attempt fails to meet basic standards, I will have no choice but to sever ties with this brand entirely.
