I ordered a few salwaar trousers to wear with tops I already own. However, the fabric wasn't what I expected so I returned the items. Customer service was great. I paid for a signed for service with royal mail. I received a refund promptly once the warehouse received my parcel.

I bought 4 hijabs
I bought 4 hijabs. I liked the quality but the hijabs had cheap plastic ‘made in china’ tags on them which ruined the product for me. I thought if I am buying from a particular website, the product will at least come with brand’s own tag which will make me believe that each piece was carefully picked and tagged by the brand. If I wanted a random hijab from China, I could have bought hijab from Temu/ Aliexpress which would have costed me much lower price.

Item requires under dress
Item requires under dress. Its transparent. Should have stated in the description. I have had to purchase an under dress seperately. Which is very annoying. Because in the picture it looks like its not transparent and reality in reality it is.

Stitching came undone
After 1 wear of your slip dress it literally fell apart. All the stitching came off. So not very happy, was my first purchase. I doubt I will order again. Other than that the material was nice.

Rubbish quality don't waste your money, very disappointed. Purchased to wear for an event but the cloth looks so cheap. Would not recommend.

Dress was very tacky looking and old…
Dress was very tacky looking and old fashioned. Not happy with the quality of the clothing’s either.
Wasn’t able to send back items in the timeframe for returns as unable to get to postal service in time. You are only getting 7 days from the time of delivery to return items, which is quite cheeky.
I won’t be returning to this website.

I had to pay for postage for an item…
I had to pay for postage for an item that was too long and pay to £3.90 again to post it back. I’ve lost nearly £8 just on postage.
