Perfect service via email: quick, competent and helpful. Downside: Product itself lacks robustness. Plastic inside Carbonator Pro broken and now trash. Gratefully a replacement was cheaper than original 300€.

After reporting a fault with the kettle (under the 5 year warranty - being in the second year) the response was prompt, positive and informative. I was offered a replacement and the process involved in ordering the replacement was as straightforward as it can be. Well pleased.

The carbonator is a great instrument. We enjoy carbonated water so this has saved us a lot of money and we are able to avoid buying plastic bottles. We had an issue with the unit sealing a bottle when it was screwed in.. Customer service was on it quickly. After a couple emails troubleshooting, a full unit replacement with free shipping was the decided plan of action. THAT is great customer service!
Customer service is very helpful in resolving any issues! I broke my pitcher and they were able to send me new parts. When that didn’t work, they gave me a new pitcher.

I had some issues with my kettle. After seven months of use, I discovered a small spot of rust. I promptly contacted the service department, and to my delight, I received my new kettle in just one week! It was the best support I’ve ever received.

I love the products, but delivery time is too long, I purchased a coffee machine 10 days ago and still no delivery, very disappointing that no one from the customer department are answerng my emails.
I ordered a replacement jug after breaking the original one and also had to ask for a replacement handle as the original failed at the base. Excellent customer service and the both parts arrived in very good time. Despite the minor issue with the failure of the handle, very pleased with the product overall.
Terrible customer service, on the second use my carbonator 3 stopped working. Customer service have now not responded after i sent requested pictures. There is no issue with gasket it is simply faulty, incredibly frustrating.
