First order as a new customer with Aarke: a kit including an Aarke Carbonator 3, 2 PET bottles, and 3 gas canisters, for a total amount of approximately €325, far from a minor purchase.
I later discovered that the delivery was split into two parcels. One of them was never delivered.
The issue was reported to customer service immediately. No follow-up, no information, no solution for nearly eight weeks.
I had to follow up myself to learn that the delivery had failed due to DHL, the logistics partner imposed by Aarke.
A refund was eventually offered, which is strictly in line with the law in this type of situation.
At my request, a commercial gesture was added: 20% off a future order. A largely insufficient compensation, and above all conditional on making another purchase.
No real compensation for the non-delivery, the prolonged wait, the lack of proactive handling, or the time spent repeatedly contacting customer service.
A first experience that highlights major structural failures from the very first purchase, incompatible with the level of trust required to commit to a proprietary ecosystem based on ongoing dependence on the brand’s consumables.

My carbonator stopped fully carbonating the water after two and a half years, so I reached out to customer service after trying their troubleshooting guide.
They kindly assisted me with other possible ways of fixing it, unfortunately without any luck.
As my warranty had passed after two years, they instead offered me a very generous discount for a new machine.
Great experience!

Beautiful Kettle and great customer service from Aarke
We bought our Kettle a year ago through a reseller, the kettle has been wonderful for a year, but then stopped working, Aarke has a 5 year warranty. Aarke validate the warranty and then gave me authority for the reseller to issue a new kettle. The reseller did not respond so I went back to Aarke and they have sent me a new kettle and asked me to responsibly recycle the old. Love the design and the service lets hope this one lasts more than a year

We have both the large purifier, and the carbonator. Both are top-quality and produce great tasting drinking water, either still or fizz.
The 'plastic footprint' of the filter is so much lower than that of other makes, while the carbonator wastes a lot less CO2.
Add to that excellent service (when I unintentionally damaged the purifier lid by overheating), and you have a very happy customer! My wholehearted compliments!

I had an issue with my device that suddenly stopped working, and at first I was really frustrated. When I reached out to customer support, Klara guided me through everything with so much patience. She provided several step-by-step instructions and different troubleshooting options to help me get it running again.
Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked in the end — but instead of leaving me stuck, Klara immediately arranged for a replacement device. The whole process felt supportive, transparent, and genuinely caring.
Even though the situation itself wasn’t ideal, I felt truly seen, heard, and taken seriously. Excellent service!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have email them multiple times to reverse the £50 charge for non return of cylinders, due to them not providing a shipping label. I still have not had a response. It has been over 8 weeks and I have sent repeated emails. It is so disappointing as Aarke could be a great company if it cared about its customers.

We’re big fans of Aarke and own both the water purifier and sparkling water maker — they’re beautifully designed, easy to use, and have become everyday staples in our home. People who have come by have commented on them and got their own; feels like most of our friends now have the same set up!
What really sets Aarke apart, though, is their customer support. It’s so refreshing to be able to buy replacement parts (not nearly enough companies do this!), and the team responds quickly, is genuinely helpful, and even removed shipping for a part we accidentally broke — which felt incredibly kind and thoughtful.
On top of that, every interaction feels human and friendly, even the cute emojis in their emails make it feel like you’re talking to real people and that the company doesn’t take itself too seriously but customers are a priority. Great products, wonderful support, and a brand we genuinely love and recommend 💧🤍

We bought our third carbonator .. but once delivered, he didn't work up to satisfaction. What was first a deception turned into satisfaction: the replacement went smooth and fast. Great service !
For the future an 'even better, if' ... more small item sparepart replacements could be bought

Our great Carbonator Pro got a problem and with the excellent help of Monika, we first tried to fix it ourselves, but then got a new carbonator, when it was not possible.
I can highly recommend both the Carbonator Pro, which in my opinion is the best and most beautiful on the market - and the customer service.

I have recently bought an Aarke water purifier. It looks and feels a very good quality product. I am pleased to be able to move away from plastic. The company is very professional and has an excellent customer service. There was a slight fault in the original product sent but the customer service replied immediately to my email and sent a replacement straight away with no quibble. I was very impressed.
