I urge you to get a solicitor to read through the T&C’s before signing with this company and shop around , their terms of business are harsh , I had to pay them a lot of money for doing nothing because I was locked in their contract and didn’t end up selling through them . Your circumstances could change as mine did . My buyer was not through Blacks / Abacus and whilst I accept it was my error for not fully understanding / remembering the contract this experience has brought me extreme stress and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. This gives an honest opinion and concludes do not use this company as their terms of business are unfair . I only wish I had found this before . It also shows a sample of their contract to demonstrate the fees. Whilst it’s dated 2018 it’s still the same contract .
