Cuando ingresé a Abacus, tenía apenas un 1% de conocimiento sobre el mercado de valores, y gracias a ellos descubrí miles de posibilidades para aprovecharlo. Los mentores Jean Vizon, Carlos Amec y George realmente se interesan en que uno aprenda genuinamente.
Sin embargo, considero que la experiencia con los asesores académicos podría mejorar. Desde el primer curso, The Experience, quedé con varias dudas. Le informé a mi asesor, pero aun así me apresuró a inscribirme en el siguiente curso sin sentirme preparada, asegurándome que todas mis lagunas se disiparían. No fue así; al contrario, terminé más confundida.
Más adelante, fui impulsada nuevamente a tomar otro curso, Portfolio Hacking, en el cual se me prometieron beneficios que no se cumplieron, como tener una conversación con el mentor Ernesto Yunes para analizar mi portafolio y obtener acceso al AI de la escuela. Completé todo el programa y, meses después, mi asesor volvió a contactarme solo para ofrecerme otro curso.
Creo sinceramente que Abacus tiene buenas intenciones y un gran deseo de enseñar, pero falta seguimiento personalizado a los estudiantes que, como yo, quedamos con vacíos de comprensión. Aprecio que ofrezcan repetir los cursos gratuitamente, pero considero que debería existir un espacio de conversación o revisión donde se amplíen los temas en los que los alumnos presentan dificultades.
En general, Abacus contribuye positivamente al crecimiento y conocimiento en el mundo del trading, y es una buena escuela para aprender — siempre que se fortalezca el acompañamiento académico.

When I joined Abacus, I had barely 1% knowledge about the stock market, and thanks to them, I discovered thousands of possibilities to take advantage of it. The mentors Jean, Carlos, Amec, and George truly care about helping students learn genuinely.
However, I believe that the experience with academic advisors could be improved. From the first course, The Experience, I was left with several doubts. I informed my advisor, but they still rushed me to enroll in the next course even though I didn’t feel ready, assuring me that all my gaps would be resolved. That didn’t happen; on the contrary, I ended up even more confused.
Later on, I was once again encouraged to take another course, Portfolio Hacking, where I was promised benefits that were not fulfilled, such as having a conversation with mentor Ernesto Yunes to review my portfolio and gaining access to the school’s AI platform. I completed the entire program, and months later, my advisor contacted me again only to offer another course.
I sincerely believe that Abacus has good intentions and a genuine desire to teach, but there is a lack of personalized follow-up for students who, like me, are left with gaps in understanding. I appreciate that they offer free course retakes, but I think there should be a space for discussion or review sessions to deepen the topics where students struggle.
Overall, Abacus contributes positively to growth and knowledge in the world of trading, and it is a good school for learning — as long as the academic support is strengthened.

They are the best at actually making things happen, they are true professionals at what they do and above all, excellent people.

The customer support was extremely disappointing. The representatives were unhelpful, lacked knowledge about the product, and showed no willingness to solve my issue. Response times were slow, and when they finally answered, the communication was vague and unprofessional. I felt ignored, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that showed a complete lack of care for customer satisfaction
