Amazing delivery.

Chris was lovely and delivered the furniture exactly where I needed in my home. Was polite and friendly. Lovely furniture would highly recommend.

Customer Service doesn’t exist.

Everything went smoothly pre-delivery. However my sofa is missing a foot! I’ve tried to call customer service and the sales team about 20 times on different occasions… no answer. Sent an email, no response. Nightmare to get hold of!

Also, be cautious of the delivery, the guys left the sofa at the end of my drive. Had to call a friend to help carry them in the house. Thank god it wasn’t raining.

Ordered nearly £800 of furniture on…

Ordered nearly £800 of furniture on 10th October and received a confirmation email. Now 8th November and have not heard a single thing from them, I have emailed them and phoned them on many occasions and have had no reply. Website says 4-12 working days for delivery. Total JOKE

Bought the crushed chenille u-shape…

Bought the crushed chenille u-shape sofa, delivered in 3 weeks and stunning, price was also amazing. We had 4 extra feet delivered and not enough modular clips but my husband rang customer services who where brilliant and the clips where delivered the day after and we where told we could keep the spare feet. All in all a fantastic service and would recommend this company.

Really great customer service

Really great customer service, answered all my questions which put my mind at ease. The sofa is gorgeous which is Forest Green. I ordered on the Friday and the sofa was delivered on the Thursday. Brilliant service, great all round and fantastic price.

Chris was AMAZING. So quick and kept me updated throughout the delivery too.

So polite! I couldn’t of asked for a better delivery driver.
I love my sofa. It’s stunning and was a great price too

Great experience

Great experience, I was by myself and would not have been able to carry any boxes alone as I live in an apartment building on the second floor. Chris was very helpful and carried all the boxes straight into my apartment up the stairs. Thank you

Avoid this company

I ordered from this company settee come looked lovely very happy then the springs went on one chair was replaced then springs on other chair was replaced more issues with both chairs replaced again and then again springs go literally week after being delivered and they have ignored my emails for months and when you call you can’t get through.
Mechanical issue???? My 3 year old autistic son was rocking on the settee when the springs went not even a week after being delivered! Your settees are poorly made hence why you have had to replace them 4 times. I think that’s just the proof how poorly made they are. So as I said before avoid this company at all costs.

After reviewing the most recent issue, it appears that the damage is due to mechanical stress, which unfortunately falls outside the scope of our warranty. As much as we would like to continue supporting you, we won’t be able to offer another replacement in this case.

We really do appreciate your understanding, and we’re genuinely sorry that we couldn’t find a better outcome here. If you have any questions or would like to discuss alternative solutions, we’re happy to talk further.

Wrong colour sofa delivered…

We purchased two Ingrid sofas in Rifle Green. Both stated Rifle Green on the boxes. On opening we have one Rifle Green and one Jungle Green!! Not what we ordered!
