I’ve been searching for a grooming service that not only provides excellent grooming but also truly understands dog behavior. From the first phone call, I was impressed by their customer service and willingness to answer all my questions.
Upon arriving for Daisy's appointment, I was greeted by friendly staff who made the whole process seamless. The grooming area was clean and organized, which is always a plus for me. The groomers took the time to assess Daisy's coat and discussed the best approach for her grooming needs. They were patient and attentive, ensuring she felt relaxed throughout the process. When I came to pick her up, I couldn’t believe my eyes! She looked absolutely stunning, with a beautifully styled coat and a bright, happy demeanor.

Fantastic quality
Oh my goodness these are the best scissors I have. So quiet even my nervous maltipoo is ok with them. They are so light to hold and don’t pull. Recommended to me by a groomer. Well worth the money.

Overall I really like scissors and the service, it’s Fab! but I had a bit off issue with my last purchase as my blenders arrived faulty, so I contacted company straight away. Of course the response was in place and dealt appropriately however, what surprised me, was that I had to send the package on my own cost “not refundable” to fix the scissors or exchange them? I don’t think it should be managed that way when you receive the faulty stuff. Other than that all great!

I love Abbfabb scissors. I bought the straights/curves/thinners last year. So when I was after some curved thinners this was the first place I chose. So comfortable & love the weight if them. Great results with them round muzzles, still experimenting, but so far impressed.Delivery fast too

The best ever experience!
Not only are the scissors the best we use, but the customer service is 5 star. Sian is so helpful via email, this experience has been the best yet! Sian emailed me notifying me the scissors I ordered weren't up to her standard so had upgraded my order for free! The order took a little longer then usual (thanks to royal mail) and Sian kept me updated regularly and had already sent a second pair out when my order arrived. The upgraded scissors are beautiful and cut like a dream. I cant thank Sian enough for this experience!
