Worst reporting ABC news -do you fact…

Worst reporting ABC news -do you fact checking before you place a story on channel 24, 600 Ukrainians solders' died today in Russian attack 9/1/23? - Bshit all you did was place a Russian posted propaganda story that has already proven false. Truly the ABC and its CEO is pathetic.

No better than Murdoc.

These vultures were one of the last bastions of hope for media diversity and neutrality.

When they are not suckling from the teat of the oppressive members of government for the next payday, they are clasp firmly to the teat of the Murdoc monopoly.

Australian media outlets look up to these punks and they drop the ball of journalistic integrity. Every day they choose profits over truth, the 1% over the 99%.

It's very clear that none of them actually care about you the viewer. But plenty of narcissistic supply of railing against the portions of the government that care the most about its citizens.

They are too gutless and out of touch to allow any dialogue or opinion on their youtube videos.
This is ironic given how much low they have sunk in cranking out smug, obnoxious opinion pieces without any journalistic merit. They go on and on about people struggling to get what they need in life the wrong way but spend very little time discussing white collar crime. That would mean they'd have to get OFF of that teat.

There are numerous financial ties between ABC and every dirt Murdoc channel you can think of and it makes me ashamed as an Australian, that this derived crap is the best we can drum up.

Greed has no place is neutral media. We have to purge the pigs out of the equation and create a platform that is open sourced and publicly funded. We simply do not have enough of news that actually care and have motivation to provide good news.

ABC is just not good enough to continue to exist.

So disappointed in the ABC…

Like others I'm so disappointed in the ABC. I use to be a huge fan but NO LONGER. Basically I don't want the "goods" and I want my "money" back! The product is faulty!
The ABC is so bias, it's unbelievable. I wonder how their journalists sleep at night. It's not only that they are so one sided, but they don't present many shocking facts that are being revealed on a daily basis in the fields of medicine and science, in particular in the last 12 months, facts that are a matter of life and death.

I watch the news every morning but get…

I watch the news every morning but get very annoyed when they give the result of sporting matches without a warning not to listen if you haven't watched the match yet.
This happens constantly with matches played overseas during the middle of our night.

Dreadful negative journalism

Why are we getting bombarded with nohoper human interest stories now. It's mentally depressing to read news reading about other peoples misfortune. The news is supposed to be news not this pathetic woke crap that it constantly serves up!
It must be embarrassing for the journalists that work there as it's not the hard hitting journalism they expected when they completed their university degree.

Time for a new chair of our beloved ABC

My goodness, how savy were the libs appointing Ita Buttrose as Chair. Who would have thought such an incompetent government could get it so right. Forget further unpopular cuts to the national broadcaster, appoint an incompetent Chair Ita Buttrose instead. The ABC has turned to mush under such poor leadership. So beige, so Ita Buttrose. Naturally the new federal government will maintain the non threatening "beige-ness".

Biased & condescending interviews

I find Sarah Ferguson interviewing style with Peter Dutton combative & condescending.
I have always been a fan of the ABC until the start of Covid, now the news & current affairs is left & biased, now only watch the drama series.
Lara Tingle is another version of Sarah Ferguson
How Albanese government is not being called out on the decision to scrap cashless card & lifting alcohol bans in aboriginal communities, show what a wast of time The Voice is as they have just set those communities back to the days of high alcohol fueled violence & neglect of children.Don’t see the ABC reporting on this
Wolk & biased reporting not what taxpayers expect from a public broadcaster

Why is the ABC so fundamentalist?

Why does a media outlet that is supposed to foster discussion, try to be so dictatorial? Why can't the national broadcaster incorporate the broad variety of views that exist in Australia?

As an Australian tax payer I am…

As an Australian tax payer I am appalled by the bias reporting on the ABC. So much for a balanced approach. It's cringe worthy and just plain awful. I was a huge fan of ABC years ago, now I just can't stand to watch it.
Rowland, Miller, Probyn, Tingle, Karen Middleton, Leigh Sales, all of the same ilk. Bash the LNP and promote the ALP, what happened to a fair go for all? I won't be going back any time soon. Ita Buttrose you should be ashamed to have degraded the national broadcasting channel.

Reduced to clickbait

I once loved ABC news. It was one of three go to online news site. I don't know if the decline was from deliberate LNP sabotage or if they seemed to get more attention. But regardless the quality plummeted and stayed there - to the point I just scroll the headlines and don't click anything - I refuse to engage in clickbait headlines and pretend news.

Please return to the quality journalism you were once known for. Until then I'll stick with other sources.

The ABC is the real government...

The ABC is the real government in Australia. They have society by the throat and have turned us into a grovelling bunch of whimps. We dont make our own mind up any more, we suck up the radical slop from our media food bowls while our ABC masters tell the government of the day what decision to make next.

Four Corners is simply unwatchable. Never a real story on corruption, just implied corruption by honest farmers, or conservative community groups, or religious organisations, or miners and other hardworking tax payers - they're public enemy number one as far as ABC are concerned.

With a budget of over $1B a year, they're unaccountable. They've cleverly stopped any real public scrutiny and instead host pretend feedback shows like The Drum, so you feel like opinions are being listened to.

Shame on you #itabuttrose you've presided over the most rapid decline in standards of journalism since the idea was dreamt up.

ABC don't care about justice even if further evidence can be provided but are only interested in ratings about your story.

ABC ran a story on the 11/5/22 regarding 'Melbourne parents sue Parade College after alleged bullying stoush leads to son's expulsion (posted 11/5/22 by Elise Pianegonda". Despite offering to provide supporting evidence of other similar incidents at Parade College which may assist the current case and the general public regarding Parade College, the ABC has shown no further interest and is not concerned with natural justice but only with a news story at the time and nothing else.

ABC Ticket 327365 has gone no further and is obviously not considered important to the ABC.

The ABC is supposed to be an impartial…

The ABC is supposed to be an impartial news channel is it not? Is this not funded by the tax payer?
The ABC is nothing more than a liberal bashing channel. Presenters are rude to liberal politicians during interviews or more like interrogation.
This kind of bias is not a way to persuade voters.
My personal political view has nothing to do with this review.

Surprise surprise, the ABC is biased

It may actually come as no surprise to learn that flagship programs on the ABC are little more than propaganda. They regularly and militantly out weaker members of society in order to make a point, or to gain notoriety among their base of supporters.

Cleverly disguised as news, the ABC combines an impressive number of mistruths and opinions under the guise of keeping people informed.

Prominent ABC stars seem puzzled when asked why personal bias bleeds through to their on-air role. Comical Ali himself couldn't be less self-aware.

In recent years, as public scrutiny of the ABC was being curtailed, they produced a number of set piece programs aimed at appearing representative of community opinion. The ruse was so successful that gradually even these were stacked with nodding heads who agreed with the ABC agenda. A masterstroke in programming, it gave the impression of community debate around issues the ABC wanted to advance. Despite being little more than a pantomime, quality production and the naivety of viewers has given these programs and indeed all of the ABC a veneer of respectability.

It must be said that after successfully discrediting religion and community groups that were viewed as establishment, the ABC has now filled the vacuum with a religion of their own. On-air presenters are ministers of the new cult, and it is a wildly successful method of control. Not all of them are fundamentalist pastors preaching doom and gloom either, some focus on the carrot of conformity rather than the stick of being shamed by the ABC.

Perhaps in years to come, as community opinion turns and a revolution purges the bias from the media, their deception will receive the attention it deserves. A clever lawyer or class action might shine a light onto their tactics. A Brokovich or Bilott will hold their poisonous ideals up to the light, asking why they added so many toxic opinions to the community’s information source. "WE THOUGHT NO ONE WOULD GET HURT," they will say as they sob in the dock.

Meanwhile the ABC continues to decry bad as being good. They promote the truly awful as desirable, comfortable in the knowledge that for now at least, their job and lifestyle are protected under the banner of Public Broadcaster (of Propaganda).

Through and through a terrible outfit.

Through and through a terrible outfit.

They block the ability to comment on their posts on social media. And who is happy to let you shove things down their throat without allowing them respond?
How is that communication in your book?
How does that not sound like propaganda from, and authoritarian of you?

I've since blocked these ABC Australia scum on all channels and am no longer interested in what garbage they have to offer.

The need to express is very fundamental, at the very core of our being as humans. If I can't express myself through a comment on your posts, then you should get lost with whatever BS you're offering.

Leftist, woke, ABC

The fact my hard earned tax dollars, fund this leftist outfit really irks me. Surely something can be done, to make these dinosaurs give Australians a balanced commentary. It’s jobs for the boys, once you’re in, as long as you spew out leftist commentary, you’ve got a job for life. I’m out of there, no more Aunty for me.
