We were unsuccessful with 3 attempts, over nearly 4 months, to have these documents served by a Sheriff (outside of our state.) We even had to reschedule the court date twice because of service issues... See more

ABC legal did a great job. Its never pleasant having to serve former clients for non- payment. ABC helped ease the stress of doing this uncomfortable task. Ty

It was fine. Service was prompt and reasonably priced. My only objection is all the spam I have been getting from you.

Extremely disappointed with ABC Legal. Their online support tickets and dashboard updates are useless. I hired a local PI who provided crucial information and suggested passing it to ABC Legal (whom I had used before hiring the PI for a skip trace) to keep costs lower than paying a PI for full field work—yet ABC Legal completely ignored it. My tickets, instructions, and follow-ups went unacknowledged. The only thing they corrected online was misspelling of names they could not "copy" correctly from official documents submitted. After multiple instructions unanswered, I called in directly to get any real movement because one of their documents even misspelled the defendant's name! Not acceptable when these documents need to be submitted to te courts. The service is minimal at best and utterly unprofessional. If your case requires basic diligence, stakeouts, attention to detail, or even just serving court paperwork, do yourself a favor and hire a local process server or local PI instead.

This was our first time using this service. From the start ABC Legal Services made sure I was informed through email and the app They also called to ask for additional information when it was needed or request a new address when service couldn't be established. They were thorough in their search and process service and adequate notification was reached quickly.

I have been trying to have registered agents served, but the person who is trying to serve them is doing a poor job. He didn't go up to the 2nd floor for one location and another is trying to serve a codefendant instead of who we have on the subpoena. I have entered in comments, but it is waiting for new addresses which will charge me again even though the first address is correct.

Worst process servers. They don't know how to sub-serve and don't follow instructions. I have even seen reports where they speak to the subject in question and don't serve them. No accountability, just excuses and loopholes on how to get out of serving their client. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

ABC Legal is helping me through a very stressful and frustrating situation that occurred with Facebook. We are at the beginning stages, so not much to report as of yet, except the process is moving along and nothing has taken place to make me doubt my decision.

ABC Legal has been wonderful in assisting me.

The Process Server went to the office address on 2 consecutive Saturdays. The office is not open on Saturdays. Counted both of those as attempts. The 3rd time the Server just spoke to someone else who came to the door and did not affect service. They said they "tried their best" on 3 attempts. If that is their best, why would anyone waste their money?

I would definitely not recommend this company based on my experience.
I paid the required fees to have legal documents served in time for a mediation scheduled at the end of July. The company received my documents on 07/02/2026, but no meaningful action was taken until approximately the week before my mediation. This left very little time to complete service.
To help the process, I provided firsthand information about when and where the individual could likely be served. Despite having that information, no successful attempt was made. Unfortunately, due to ABC's lack of diligence and commitment, the process was ultimately delayed.
I was also told I would need to pay an additional $125 for service at a specific date and time. Charging an extra fee for a time when the client has already provided reliable information that makes service more likely did not seem reasonable to me.
In previous experiences with other process serving companies, I have been able to communicate directly with the assigned process server, which helped coordinate successful service. ABC Legal does not provide that level of communication, making it much more difficult to assist with the process.
Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking into other process serving companies before choosing this one.

I received prompt service each time I have used the company. One service was on a person the Sheriff could not serve and the ABCLegal process server got the person served within two days of my request.
