Zero customer service
I ordered a pair of pants from their website to Germany. I received an order confirmation and then heard nothing for about two weeks. I reached out and was told they were having system issues, but that the item would ship the following week.
I received a shipping notification the week after — but they didn’t hand it over to the shipping company until the next week. It took a full month to receive the pants, only to find they were too small.
I followed their return process as outlined in their FAQ, shipped the item back with tracked mail, and sent two follow-up emails to confirm they’d received it.
A week later, they responded saying the new pair would ship on Monday. It’s now been over a week, and the shipping company still hasn’t received anything.
It’s been almost two months of delays and being left completely in the dark.
Shame — their clothes are decent, but this has been beyond ridiculous.
