Best part of my bathroom renovation from start to finish! Salesman arrived on-time, and provided information, measured and left within 15 minutes. Quote arrived promptly, and project was completed from start to finish in 11 days.

Installers texted me to say that they were running 20 minutes late -- were professional, courteous, and cleaned up when they were done. A quality job, and a beautiful shower! The price was extremely fair as well.

Rep was great and order was very smooth to process. Install went timely and well too!

I am very disappointed with this company that is a outside installer for Home Depot. They are quick with having someone come and measure for the Shower Doors but the guy was to come back with samples of Glass for the doors for me to choose from. That didn't happen. I tried again a couple of months later with this company and the same problem the gentlemen called and said he didn't have the samples on the day of appointment and he would mail them to me and I have yet to receive them. The company needs to hire more reliable employees.

ABC shower doors worked on one of our bathrooms over 8 years ago. They did a wonderful job and their price was reasonable. When we decided to upgrade our second bathroom I went straight to ABC shower doors and once again they did a wonderful job. May new glass shower enclosure was completed within an hour.

See your local Home Depot that's how I found them...

First the positives. They installed a DIY shower door that proved too complicated for me. They were the ONLY company I found that would do it. I called a lot of companies. So thank you. And they found a time fairly quickly to come do it. Yay!

Now the mid-line....I thought it was an expensive installation -- almost $1,000. They said that was a standard price for that kind of door. Seems like a lot considering it was sold to be as a DIY project.

And the negative: The installation job was pretty good. Not perfect. I'm not sure it's level at the top and they weren't exactly precision tidy with the silicon. I would have put the drip catch bar closer in to the glass, too. And they made a choce to help the door fit around the tiles that wasn't exactly necessary and wasn't the way I would have done it.

But all said, they DID come and do it, quickly, and without causing any damage to my house or tiles.

Yes, I would recommend but suggest you micromanage if you're a perfectionist.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with their service. The estimate was delivered in a timely manner. They came for the install on the day and time promised. The work was done in a very professional manner. And it looks great. No problems at all.

I bought a new shower door from ABC Doors. They came and measured and then delivered the door just when they said they would. The installation went perfectly and the door is beautiful.

This is pricey, but I'm still happy and would definitely recommend ABC. (I didn't comparison shop, so it's possible that it's not pricey even though it seemed it to me.)

Difficult to schedule an appointment. Customer service don't really have a clue on scheduling and ask you silly questions.

Sales guy is very hands off after getting the job and process the payment.

The job is well done but the guy didn't really complete the additional job I've paid because he forgot to bring the item to the day of the job.

If the sales guy were to be on top of this, I won't be complaining.

When he came to my house he was very understanding of our needs. He explained in detail different types of doors and give his opinion on the right one for us.
