As a qualified counsellor looking to integrate coaching skills into my practice, I found this seminar fell short of expectations. From a professional standpoint, the content lacked the depth I anticipated. Furthermore, as an autistic learner, the environment was not inclusive. The excessive music in the background made it difficult to engage with the material and created an unnecessary sensory barrier.

Our events are designed to be interactive and experiential, combining coaching techniques with practical exercises such as guided meditation, alongside a wide range of other tools shared throughout the session. As you left partway through the event, you may not have experienced the full range of coaching methods and frameworks that were covered later, which many attendees found valuable.
In terms of the environment, we always aim to create an engaging and supportive space for all attendees. Had we been aware of any specific requirements, including sensory sensitivities, we would have been more than happy to make suitable arrangements to ensure your comfort. We also encourage attendees to communicate any preferences during the session, including seating or environmental adjustments, so we can support them in real time.
