Abeille France is a lousy company. My vacation house in France is insured with an agency of Abeille and I get their bills with the remark ‘MONTANT AREGLER’ without indicating an IBAN where to send the money to. My previous complaint about this matter was answered with “… Et malheureusement, avec les piratages actuels de comptes bancaires, les RIB circulent de moins en moins et nous ne les indiquons pas sur nos facture. … », what a nonsense that is ! Firstly I did not ask for their ‘RIB’ but for the IBAN, so that I can transfer the money. Secondly what is different in France with the rest of the world in the use of an IBAN. The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) was specifically developed to facilitate and standardize international money transfer. The stubbornness to not indicate an IBAN on factures in amazing.

Je suis assuré avec Abeille depuis 2021 et je n'ai que des commentaires positifs à leur égard. Je les ai appelés d'une plage en Espagne et d'une montagne dans les Alpes en hiver et ils sont toujours venus à mon aide rapidement, efficacement et avec un excellent service. La dernière fois que j'ai eu besoin de leur aide, une dépanneuse a remorqué mon camionnette depuis un petit chemin en haut d'une montagne, un taxi m'a conduit au magasin de location de voitures et j'ai obtenu une très belle voiture de location pour la semaine (le tout couvert par l'assurance). Ils m'ont facilité la tâche.

Pour moi, l'une des choses les plus importantes est le service à la clientèle et pour cela je dois souligner Alexandre Sebastian à l'agence de Villemur sur Tarn. Il a toujours été très patient et serviable et va souvent au-delà de ce qu'on lui demande pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien et au meilleur prix possible.

J'ai récemment vendu ma camionnette, mais j'ai maintenant acheté une moto et je suis heureux d'être à nouveau assuré par eux ! :) En espérant vous avoir à portée de main mais sans avoir besoin de vous ! Merci Abeille !

I have been with Abeille since 2021 and I have nothing but positive reviews for them. I have phoned them from a beach in Spain and a mountain in the Alps during winter and they've always come to my aid quickly, efficiently, and with great service. Last time I needed their help, I had a pick up truck tow away my van from down a tiny lane up a mountain, a taxi from my door to the hire car shop and a very nice hire car for the week (all covered by the insurance). They made it so easy.

For me, one of the most important things is customer service and for that I have to highlight Alexandre Sebastian in the agency at Villemur Sur Tarn. He has always been very patient and helpful and often goes beyond what is required of him to ensure that everything is taken care of smoothly and at the best possible price.

I have recently sold my van, but I have now bought a motorbike and am happily ensured with them once again! :) Here's to having you close by but hopefully not needing you! Thank you Abeille!

Une entreprise très paresseuse et peu professionnelle. Ils envoient constamment des modèles d'e-mails pour traiter les questions importantes. En même temps, ils ignorent la correspondance entrante et les courriels relatifs au sujet.

A very lazy and unprofessional company. They constantly send template emails as their way of dealing with important matters. At the same time, they ignore incoming correspondence and emails pertaining to the subject.

Do not use this company. They do not communicate properly either with themselves let alone their customers. They do not listen and believe they are always correct. As a result they will extort monies they think you owe by using a collection agency and threats without trying to resolve the issue. Don’t go near this company !

After 9 years with AXA health Allianz house justifiée and two cars nothing but problems,arrogance rude people, I changed to Abeille 83470. Amazing service, each step was competent, cheaper and better coverage. letters to bank cancelling all. Free month for health insurance and upgraded. Every email with correct attachments and already a jurist has emailed me a Mis en Demeure for a problem and I feel completely at ease, confident and if I call the Agence William and his staff are friendly and the answer in minutes. I am thrilled with this company
