Lovely, customised, reasonably priced ring - but comms not ideal
Abelini offered customisation of the ring i wanted, in the size i needed, at a good price. However, I almost gave 3 starts due to the lack of communication after submitting my order (which is acknowledged as a 'request' not an order confirmation via email). My ring arrived and is lovely, but the process could be improved to alleviate uncertainty and anxiety, especially for people ordering ahead of weddings!

I purchased a ring set from Abelini to replace my engagement ring prior to getting married, the rings were stunningly beautiful and elegant, due to my own error one of the side stones in my engagement ring fell out and the process of having it replaced was so quick and simple. I emailed them and they gave me clear instructions of how to send it back, and within a few days I had it back hop as new, and so clean and shiny. I’m so happy with the service.
