I wanted to surprise my wife with an eternity ring for her birthday, but there was one small problem - I had no idea what her exact ring size was. Before ordering, I spoke with Abelini and they reassured me that if the size wasn’t right, they would resize the ring free of charge. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and place the order.
The ring arrived exactly when promised, and when I opened the box I was genuinely blown away. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning - the ring is beautifully made, incredibly sparkly, and looks far more expensive than it actually was. My wife was over the moon when she saw it.
Unfortunately, in true fashion, I managed to get the size wrong! I contacted Abelini and arranged to visit their shop with my wife so we could get the correct size sorted.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The level of customer service we received was outstanding.
I had originally paid for an engraving, and I was informed that normally their free resizing policy doesn’t apply once a ring has been engraved. I explained that I hadn’t realised this when ordering and had missed the small print. The team were incredibly understanding and, as a gesture of goodwill, they kindly offered to resize the ring and redo the engraving free of charge.
That level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction really impressed me. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind both their products and their customers the way Abelini does.
One small piece of advice for future buyers - if you’re not 100% certain about the ring size, it may be best to hold off on engraving until after the fit is confirmed.
Abelini were very generous in helping me on this occasion, but they are completely within their policy not to resize engraved rings.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish - beautiful jewellery, exceptional craftsmanship, and truly first-class customer service.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abelini to anyone looking for something special.

A few mishaps but happy with my ring and the customer service provided
I love my ring, it just took a while to get it. I asked for an engraving and due to not being able to add a colon (:) I had to email the sales team to update the engraving once everything had been paid for.
When the ring arrived, there was no engraving. Easily sent back and had confirmation from Abelini they had received the ring (and would reimburse the postage) within a couple of days.
Waited another 10 days or so, the ring arrived and the engraving was wrong. The original engraving update had not been done. Had to send the ring back again.
After another 10 days my ring arrived and it was exactly what I wanted with a authenticity certificate included.
The customer service I received while all of this was going on was great, they kept me updated and apologis d profusely. They have now put in more quality checks to make sure what I experienced doesn't happen again.
It was frustrating to have this happen, however the customer service I received meant I wasn't left frustrated and the issues were resolved quickly.
Thank you Abelini team (especially Ruth, you were great!), I love my ring and can't wait to put it on when my wedding day arrives 🤗
