Outstanding Quality and Service
My partner bought my engagement ring from this company, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The ring is absolutely stunning and the quality is exceptional. From the very first moment I saw it, I was in love with it.
Unfortunately, we realised after wearing it for more than a week that the size wasn’t quite right. By that point I was no longer eligible for the free resizing. Even so, we decided that we trusted them completely and chose to have the resizing done by them anyway, even if it meant paying for it.
Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Every time I contacted them (and I had quite a few questions!), they responded quickly and with such kindness and patience. They made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.
The resizing itself was completed smoothly and well within the promised timeframe. The craftsmanship is flawless – you genuinely cannot tell that the ring has been altered in any way. It looks absolutely perfect.
I also have to mention the packaging, which is beautiful and very high quality. It’s clear that they put real care and attention into every detail.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a special piece of jewellery. Truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Very good besides delivery company
As a company the speed and quality of service was incredible. I am so happy with the product. My issue is however the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail and required my signature for delivery. Royal Mail placed my parcel (worth over £1,000) in my porch without knocking or getting my signature. I thought this was diabolical and have reported this to them directly. It’s a good job I was in and able to get the product out of the porch quickly!

We bought an eternity ring
We bought an eternity ring and I loved how you could customise it. We could pick ethical lab grown diamonds but also the clarity and colour of them. And it was only a few pounds more for the best clarity and colour. The ring came tracked with Royal Mail and was delivered on time. I can’t wait to wear it after our vow renewal ceremony next week!
