Product was shipped quickly after ordering. Not sure on flavor, but I have had previous experience with the high quality of other pre-workout blends. Im sure this blend will be just as high quality.

The deal was a good price for protein but the flavor of the chocolate is way off. Like an off brand of chocolate milk powder.
