Really poor service. Booked a boiler replacement last year as I felt the website was professional and reviews were positive (little did I know that the only Google review was by an employee of that company). They don't seem to be based in Aberdeen at all which isn't clear by any of the information you get from them.

Really poor job and poor finish (big holes in the wall and insulation put in internally that is rotting away as we speak).I got my boiler serviced by a local based company and he said that it looked like it was put up in a rush (in actuality the installer took 2 days) and one of the instructions was that the boiler must be live at all times (even with a smart thermostat) but this hasn't been done. They sent someone with the skill level of an apprentice who left us without heat in the evening in January.

I had initial issues with it but could barely get anyone to speak to and only after hassling that they begrudgingly fixed the issue. Now I can't even get in any contact with them so not sure how my 10-year guarantee on the boiler is going to work.

Avoid at all costs.

I arranged a time for a quote to instal a new boiler at a flat I rent out. Took time off work and arrived at the flat at the time arranged only to receive a voicemail to say they did not want to provide a quote and that I should look elsewhere. I called the office and was told someone would call back with an explanation. The receptionist called to say she was trying to call engineer and they would call back - They never did. Very poor customer service.

Again used the boiler company for a new boiler system delighted great job

Over moon with the new boiler that the guys installed for me, the online booking was an easy process and from the first minute to the last the job was plain sailing and stress free,i dreaded getting this job done for months due to thinking i would get the wrong company in to complete the work but couldnt fault the aberdeen boiler company and the guys, left a clean job, very thorough, and made me feel at ease, would recommend this company to anyone with boiler needs.

I feel that Compared to other companies I have use d then the Edinburgh Boiler Company has a personal touch with Mark at hand at any point should any problems arise

Moved home recently and was looking for a new boiler and was told by a company to get in touch with Aberdeen Boiler Company who they had used in the past and were brilliant. I managed to get booked in through the online booking system, the engineers who turned up were very knowledgeable and really friendly. I would definitely refer to any friends and family looking for future work.
