I am extremely happy with Aberdeen paint and body repair centre from the start to the day my car was finally repaired. I contacted Sam and was delighted when he decided to help with the repair which was delayed by 4.5 months by the insurance company . Sam kept me updated and promptly responded to my calls and email so excellent communication skills with customer 👏 My car was sorted within 24h absolutely delighted with this ,brilliant job ! Taylor was dealing with me and he was so nice ,polite and helpful definitely credit to this team . I am so happy that I came across to this company and I would highly recommend the team ! Really excellent service. Sam was very responsive to emails, get me updated with an issue that arose once the car was in and did a brilliant job with the car. He gave me great advice about how to deal with the insurance company and the job was completed three months earlier than it would have been if I'd just gone with insurance company recommendation.
Overall really happy with service and quality of the repair and would highly recommend the team there.
Wow, what a service Sam @ Aberdeen Paint and Body Repair Centre has provided! It was absolutely flawless! I was in an accident and there was damage to rear bumper of my car and I contacted Sam for this 3rd party claim/repair. Sam fully understands the insurance claims process (he managed it on my behalf), making super everything super easy for me, and all work carried out was faultless. I can’t thank Sam's team enough as they beyond helpful, they made what could have been an extremely stressful situation a lot easier, meaning I could focus on my already busy schedule 😀. what a fantastic group of technicians. They repaired my car in record time and when my bumper did not fit properly, they went out of their way to order a replacement and fix it for me in 1 day. Aberdeen Paint and Body Repair Centre have done an absolutely amazing job on my pride and joy: 3 wheel arches repainted with both rear quarters, the top of the windscreen has been repaired and painted, with the whole roof re-lacquered.
Excellent communication throughout the process and very accommodating, thoroughly recommended to anyone!
