I’ve been using Abigail Ahern for two years and the quality is always top-notch. Their customer service is fantastic—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Recently, I was looking for a tray that was sold out online. The team actually took the time to find one in-store and offered to post it directly to me. It’s rare to find a brand that offers such a personal touch. Highly recommend!

I contacted you by email asking if I would need to gave the fabric pendant light fitted by an electrician I asked twice the second time by a rather sniffy person saying no as already stated the lampshade would not need any fittings but and behold when it arrived it would need any electrician!I have returned it (which I had to pay for)so you lost a sale due to not knowing about what you sell

Having reviewed your conversation with our online Chatbot and Customer Services team it seems that regrettably there were some crossed wires on this occasion: The Atmore pendant does indeed come with the fitting, however the fitting is not attached and you do not necesarily have to use it, you can of course use the pendant with your existing ceiling fitting (or any other ceiling fitting) if you prefer. As you stated you had an current pendant wire this was construed to mean that you would not be needing an electrician - we are sorry for any misunderstanding.
