Overhyped leadership training that collapses under its own promises

I came in expecting meaningful guidance and left with nothing but frustration. The program talks big but delivers a confusing mess. Everything about it feels careless—the materials are shallow, the sessions are disorganized, and the feedback is almost nonexistent. What’s advertised as innovative leadership training turns out to be an empty shell full of buzzwords and no real value. It’s disappointing to see something with so much potential crumble into chaos and confusion.
