I have tried several times to get a return document so that I can return two inferior dresses but have yet to get any help. The address on the package is: Joe Doe, 154-09 146th Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11434. I am being charged $90.98 for these and will continue to dispute the charge on my credit card.DO NOT ORDER FROM ABILVIA!!!!!WARNING!!!!!11

No I do not. I placed an order on Sept. 15 and still have not received it. Sent emails to their customer service department and these were returned saying they could not be delivered. Scam artists. Prove me wrong, it was order no. 43644900420 placed on Sept. 15, 2023. My email address is 29wallace.lynette@ gmail.com. Have some decency and rectify the situation.

This company never answered me sfter I sent a dozen requests for an Authorization and Address to return an order. They have no telephone access. I spent $223 on my order. It is like they don't exist for online communication. Don't do business with them.

It was missing a blouse and I was refunded!

Always concerned re: sizing when ordering on line. I ordered smalls (she is 5'2" and about 120 pounds) and they fit very well. She likes the fabrics. The only problem was a delay in shipping (it was a birthday gift) but the company was excellent in keeping me updated and giving me a choice to cancel the part of the order that was temporarily out of stock. I chose to wait and when I was notified the entire order was shipped it arrived within 48 hours. Overall - very satisfied.

I have received a dress yesterday. It does not look like a photo on Facebook at all. Material is very cheaply made, too big, too long, and very ugly.
No one can wear this type of dress publicly.
So I emailed the service dept. to obtain the return address and details. However they have countered to offer me $6 and asking me to keep the dress. I responded back that I do need a full refund, just need an info. The second email from them was offering $15 to me and asking me to keep the dress. Since then they have not responded to me al all. Looks like I will loose $71 from this terrible company. I am about to contact Better business Bureau to report this deceitful business practice. I am totally disappointed in their irresponsible business style. I will never order any from them and I will block their advertisement in Facebook.

Style. The women’s swimsuit style was very unique. We have purchased many items. One the first order the mail/ shipping was slow. This time it was not as slow. It is not like the instant gratification that comes with Amazon shipping but the quality and style makes it worthwhile. The fit was also perfect.

Took a while to get my order. Shipping cost seemed high. I bought it for my girlfriends birthday gift. Arrived the day after her birthday. Oh well. But she really liked it and she looks great in it.

Clothing was beautiful, well made, and of great quality fabrics

tops are very pretty but a bit small however, they work and can be dressed up or down for more use.
