I ordered back in April 22, my order didn’t fit and messaged on email to log a return, when a few weeks passed and no reply I messaged on Instagram and they gave me an addresss to send back too. I asked for either a refund or exchange. Since then I have emailed, Facebook and Instagram messaged and had no reply, it’s now September!!!

As a dancer and someone who wears athletic wear constantly, these leggings are amazing! they come in amazing colours and are squat proof. i have leggings in many colours and sizes from different companies but these are definitely my favourite! they are not only great for working out but good casual wear as well!

As someone who spends five times a week in the gym being comfortable while working out hard means a lot to me, but also always to look stylish! This brand provided me just that, leggings are so comfortable and bras are so supportive. The owner was always communicating with me through shipping process and I was also given an additional surprise item in exchange of an item that they did not longer have in stock. I will be ordering more items from this brand in the future.

Amazing quality gym set. I ordered the Luna Enhance set. Its so comfortable and form fitting! Can't wait to wear it in the gym. Fast service from the team at abletica also. Will definitely be ordering from here for all my future gym wear!

The shipping was extremely fast as we are from different countries! I was very pleased with the product. I received the color “Rose” in the mail, sports bra and leggings! These are very comfortable and easy to lift weights with! Abletica is very nice to work with! They have beautiful colors to choose from! Don’t miss out!

Very happy with the fast delivery, I received my package within 2-3 days. I bought the Core Aurora set in Neutral Purple, and I absolutely love it! It fits like a glove, the leggings are squat-proof (v important) and the colour is beautiful. Will definitely be adding more to my collection!

I orderd in May, and I have still not received my package (14 October). I have been in contact with the company multiple times and now the have not answered in months! This feels like a scam!
The last I heard from them they promised me my money back but I have not received the money!
Very disappointed with this company!

My order was held up just a tad due to covid and lockdown, but it arrived and everything was fantastic! I love it all! Leggings are amazing and so soft and comfortable!

Ordered and delivery easy, arrived quite promptly.
Quality and fit is amazing, super comfy with form hold.
Cannot wait to order more colours!!

The first thing I will say is just be sure to order the correct size and not need to return anything!

The quality and fit of the shorts I kept is fantastic, so happy with them and look great. Delivery was also free and they arrived very quickly. No faults with this part of my experience.

However, the returns process and communication was awful. I can honestly say it has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I finally received a refund for my returned items yesterday. Three and a half months after they received my returned items.

Their communication is pretty much non-existent. I managed to get an email detailing how to do the return, then about a month later they responded to a Facebook message. They have now been responding to Instagram messages but only after repeated attempts. When I informed them they have sent me the wrong amount (i.e. less than the amount I paid for the items I returned) they just told me they had sent me what they promised. It has been a further 48 hours with no further contact with them.

I understand they are short staffed and COVID puts huge pressures on businesses but that is not an excuse for such horrendous communication. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for my refund if they had kept me even slightly updated. Instead I had to chase them constantly and still be ignored.

Like I said items are great but just be sure to not need to return anything!

Update: I received an email from abletica in January. They informed me they had been taken over and they wanted to make things right. This was surprising out if the blue. They apologised and offered me a free set. In response I asked if I could have my remaining £9 refund back. I received very fast responses initially. However, I have never received the set or the rest of my refund.
I have repeatedly tried to contact them since and have stopped receiving replies.
I’m really disappointed and frankly it’s not been nice to have the unpleasant experience I thought behind me dredged up and repeated. I have even contacted them to tell them how upset they have made me but still no response, this was 2 weeks ago.
So I have changed this review from 2 to 1 stars and I will not be giving them another chance.

Customer service and buying experience was awesome from beginning to end. I can't wait to receive my products!

Ordering process was so easy and my items came so quickly - within 2 days! I cannot fault it at all and it’s such good quality.

Wow! These leggings are fitted and make everything stay in place during workouts. Woot! Look at that BOOTY!

Contacted out of the blue from abletica through Instagram where I had been messaging to try and get a response from them previously.
The message was asking if I had received my refund for the leggings I managed to eventually return. I hadn't and they offered an apology and explained that they had new ownership and were trying to correct people's bad experiences. (This refund was due from way back in May 21)
Very grateful that this has been resolved off a companies back rather than me the customer having to chase. (I thought it was lost money to be perfectly honest)

Order a pair of leggings for my girlfriend, accidentally order the wrong size and they were really helpful swapping the size before my order arrived.

However once the leggings arrived they didn't fit so I emailed to enquire about returns as it says to on their website but haven't heard anything.
It has been 2 weeks since I received the leggings and I have sent 3 emails asking for a return and not had a reply to any of them!

Poor costumer service once your have received your purchase!!

The gym set was way too small and unordered a medium. Did not meet the sizing criteria. The colour is also completely different to the pictures. I ordered the mustard colour set and it looked a lot brighter on the photo more like a yellow. I am not happy with it at all.

Abletica is amazing! I have only just started wearing their brand after seeing on instagram and I am in love. The quality of the products is amazing and they are super comfy. Their colours are amazing and it excites me to wear more and more!!! Overall amazing brand!!!!
