Ableworld are the largest mobility retailer in the country and believe this is because we genuinely care about our customer’s well-being. We employ professional, caring and knowledgeable staff to work in our stores, and provide quality mobility aids at value for money prices.
We pride ourselves on being an ethical trader who will not pressure sell items and if we feel a product should have an assessment we will not sell these online, as we want to ensure our customers that they are getting the right product for their needs, not just the most expensive mobility aid.
Our stores stock all types of mobility aids, including Mobility Scooters, Walkers, Powerchairs, Bathing Aids and Stairlifts. You can be assured that in all of our stores we provide the same caring approach to looking after our customers, and the same range of quality mobility aids.

Just been in to buy a new Scout scooter which my wife had picked online. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dan (the deputy manager) was brilliant. He ran us through all the features and was really helpful and accommodating. 11/10

Don't trust them to pay you if they buy back a stairlift ...
This company removed a stairlift over 7 weeks ago and said we'd receive a cheque within 2 weeks. After 3 phone calls so far it's one excuse after another but still no payment. Next step is legal action to recover the money.

Daniel of Reading installed a stair lift for us today. We'd seen him for an estimate a few days before. He was very professional as well as friendly. He fully understood our needs and explained exactly how he could help. He promised installation of a stair lift at 11am just three working days later. Sure enough he arrived on time and said how long it would take. He was clearly very experienced and had the job done well in time. All the work was neat and tidy. Daniel then demonstrated how the stair lift operated and invited me to have a go. He was clear and patient in asking and answering questions. I don't hesitate to recommend and thank Ableworld and Daniel for their attention and their professionalism.
