Fantastic, I spent 2 hours with Alex trying several scooters outside to check how they perform over humps and bumps. No pushy seller anything like that he was very knowledgeable about all the products on show and helped me to make up my mind on which scooter to buy

I bought a scooter from your Rhyl store and was totally put at ease. Alex went through everything and answered all our questions and even took our scooter outside to ensure I could easily lift into the car. Sales team second to none and will definitely be back soon

I would just like to take a minute to pass on some feedback regarding Ableworld, Rhyl. Myself, my brother, my elderly mother visited your store in North Wales to enquire about a mobility scooter, the young assistant was absolutely run off her feet, but still took time to demonstrate how they worked and offered a free demonstration at Home, which was followed up with excellent customer service from your head office in Crewe. Today, a fantastic gentleman turned up on time to demonstrate the boot scooter which is foldable and suits my needs as I will be lifting the scooter in and out of my car, having suffered a broken back two years ago and is also small and compact enough to carry in my car and also storing my mum’s home. Within half an hour under no pressure we purchased the scooter and this afternoon we were out on the beachfront which is the first time in many years with my mum who took to it like a duck to water! Thank you so much for your customer service you have extended to us, I realise and appreciate we may have found one a little bit cheaper elsewhere but the peace of mind and the customer satisfaction you have provided has been outstanding and we will highly recommend you to our friends and family. Our only regret is that we didn’t come to you sooner. Thank you again

I wanted to purchase a mobility scooter for my Dad. I phoned Ableworld (in Rhyl) and spoke in general terms regarding suitability and availability. I took Dad to the showroom and he spent a little time looking at various options. He then tried one around the shop and bought it there and then.
Everything was fully explained and several minor queries I had were resolved easily.
Dad is now able to go out again and he is delighted with his purchase.
I cannot praise Ableworld (and Jasmine Jones) highly enough!

I bought a mobility scooter at Ableworld Rhyl, the manager, Jenna attended to me she couldn't have been more helpful & obliging, she explained everything about the scooters in simple terms & did not try to push a sale on me like some businesses do, throughout the sale she was very professional. We went to Ableworld in Rhyl to purchase a disable scooter for my wife. We were greeted by a sales person called Jasmine who was very knowledgeable about the scooters. She showed us how to dismantle the scooter and then rebuild. We were not able to purchase the scooter as it was to heavy to lift. Jasmine showed us other scooters without being pushy. The experience was a positive one and We will definitely return when we decide on what's right for us. We'll done young lady you made our experience of purchasing a scooter a positive one, and we will hopefully be back

Jasmine from the rhyl store was very helpful in helping us to choose a mobility scooter she was very knowledgeable about them and let us take them apart and put them back together to see how easy they were and the weight of them will visit again soon

Able world rhyl in northwales...I can not praise all there staff enough a special thank you to elliot who went above and beyond to assist me in store.. his expertise and knowledge is exemplary service with a smile always ....I would highly recomend going to there store ...

What a great experience at this store. JOE could not have been more helpful or patient with my Dad who is quite frail. He explained everything to Dad so that he would be able to use the chair we were hoping to buy easily. All the staff were very friendly. We called in on the Monday and the chair was delivered on the following Thursday. The delivery team were amazing too, they moved the old chairs out of the way and even hoovered before putting the new one in. Thank you so much to everyone at this store. we will definately recommend you.
