I really believed I was being careful

I really believed I was being careful. I only put in a few dollars at first. When it started growing, I thought I could trust them. But when I tried to get my money out, the system said it was sent it never came. I'm not chasing big wins. I want peace of mind. Met‎isurge has never failed me. Every takeout has been smooth.

It’s a scam company

It’s a scam company they tell you abnormal activity. Although you send the exact same amount asked. I have all documents. And their team is both in AB and BH Minning and all the team in the net work in other places.

Not a good firm to invest with

Not a good firm to invest in, as I have experienced something sad to hear about with this company. They pretend to gain your trust so they can disappear with your funds. A family friend told me about Good merit, and it ended up being a positive turnaround. They pay regularly without any arising issues.

Big time scam! Do not invest. They screw you every time! You will not get anything, just loose every single penny. Check out their “managers” , they are all from one different company who told me they’re not related to ab mining. I hope someone will finally denounce them or let’s get all together and go against them to our money back.

Got Scammed

So I invested $360 to get started. After about 2 weeks of mining I converted I to the next plan. Now I have all 6 plans. I even put money into the wallet to cover electricity fees. Do you know they have the nerve to shut down my miner and say that I have to pay all the electricity fees out of pocket. I've read and read and no where does it say you have to pay electricity fees out of pocket.Yes it says the electricity fees will need to be paid. But it doesn't say how to pay. So now after about 4 months they basically steal what I paid for.

abminning.pro.FRAUD AND SCAM

This is my comment for abminning.pro.
I am writing to formally notify you of serious concerns regarding our contractual agreement, which I believe may involve breaches of UK law, including potential fraud and failure to fulfill contractual obligations. Background On 07.12.2024. I entered into a contract with your platform, purchasing an annual package(basic( with the assurance of a day return exceeding 0.00047000 BTC. To date, the total earnings have not surpassed 0,0016812170. Had you adhered to and fulfilled your part of the agreement, my account balance by now should have been 0.07614 BTC. Furthermore, upon my initial attempt to withdraw funds, I was informed that I must first pay an electricity bill amounting to 849.72 USD. This condition was neither stipulated in our agreement nor communicated prior to the withdrawal attempt. If your claim made after I purchased my plan—that I cannot withdraw funds and that mining is not possible without paying the electricity bill—is true, how do you explain the fact that my dashboard currently shows that I have mined 0.0016812377 so far. Legal Concerns Based on the aforementioned circumstances, I believe the following UK laws may have been violated: 1. Fraud Act 2006: Section 2: Fraud by false representation—making a false or misleading statement with intent to gain or cause loss. Section 3: Fraud by failing to disclose information—omitting information when under a legal duty to disclose. Section 4: Fraud by abuse of position—abusing a position of trust to make a gain or cause loss. Section 11: Obtaining services dishonestly—acquiring services without intending to pay for them. 2. Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977: Section 3: Restricts the use of unfair terms in standard contracts, particularly those that limit liability for non-performance. Section 6: Prohibits exclusion of implied terms regarding the quality and fitness of goods and services. 3. Sale of Goods Act 1979: Sections 13–15: Implied terms about the description, satisfactory quality, and fitness for purpose of goods. Section 52: Provides for specific performance in cases where damages are inadequate. 4. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999: Section 1: Allows third parties to enforce contract terms if the contract expressly provides for it or if the term purports to confer a benefit on them. Next Steps I urge you to address this matter promptly by: Providing a detailed explanation for the discrepancies between the promised and actual returns. Clarifying the basis for the unexpected electricity bill charge. Refunding the amount invested or fulfilling the original contractual obligations. Failure to respond satisfactorily within 14 days will compel me to initiate legal proceedings, including but not limited to: Reporting the matter to the UK authorities for investigation under the Fraud Act 2006. Seeking legal redress for breach of contract and misrepresentation. Pursuing compensation for financial losses incurred. I hope to resolve this issue amicably and urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it warrants. Sincerely, Mladen Bešić, Attorney at Law

Avoid them at all costs

Avoid them at all costs. They have nothing good to offer other than to steal your funds and disappoint you in the end. Guys stay with PAIVA. They are the most consistent ones that I've seen and I'm happy that I joined them because I'm getting my payouts steadily.

Scam Scam Alert ⚠️ Avoid

Scam Scam Alert! They have different websites.

You buy a plan and when is time to withdraw they stop your machines asking to pay electricity bills which was not included in the contract. You pay an electricity bill slightly higher in few cents than what is requested they call it abnormal and you have to pay the exact amount. Once you succeed to pay the the electricity bil you can not still withdraw because you have to pay tax which is 35 % of of your entire 1 year profit which you can not withdraw. They deactivate your account and dissappear. Justice awaits them. 99 days for the thief but one day for justice. I lost all my savings
