As I said before the clothes are made…

As I said before tge clothes are made with great quality,Sara and the team customer service was wonderful but About-Blank needs to do something about the cost to return a item I was charged $144,68 to return a purchase from the US which is ridiculous that has been the 2nd time I had to pay a lot to return a item I'm afraid to order something else because of the return fees

Very bad customer service experience

Green long sleeve polo:
I was really excited to receive the polo since it was for a Christmas gift and I have to say I’m really disappointed with it. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that critical details about the item were omitted from your website, I found out it’s made in China—something you didn’t disclose—and the so-called “wood blend” is actually 70% acrylic-also nowhere to be found in your product description.
Very poor quality customer service on top of that !
Now I will have to pay $80 for the return.
Do not order if you live in the USA !!!

Been following the brand over the past…

Been following the brand over the past year and a half. All their products are very consistent in terms of quality, diversity, and style! And unlike many higher end brands, they have an amazing customer service team that responds very quickly to answer any questions. Will continue to support about blank for the foreseeable future!

Service and reliability superb. Ordered a great backpack on Sunday 22 December 24. It arrived as promised on 24 December 24. Excellent communications . Excellent customer care . Highly recommended.

Useless Customer Service

I emailed them literally seconds after purchasing from the site to cancel the order and they ignored my email until the day the delivery was shipped only to respond that I can’t cancel the order because it had been shipped. Then I had shipping issues where I asked them to change the address and they couldn’t do anything regarding that either. Just be mindful that emailing them for support or customer service is pretty much useless

Their customer service team is honestly…

Their customer service team is honestly one of the best. I mistakenly selected and ordered the wrong size and I was panicking as you can imagine (black Friday sales will do that to you). The team responded to my query so quickly and managed to fix the error before shipping without any fuss.
Oh and the clothes are amazing!!😊

Next-Level Support

Had a slight issue with some trousers, so I reached out to the CS team. Sara got back fast, owned it, and sorted me out with options that worked perfectly. Super smooth, no fuss, just great service. Big thanks to Sara and the about:blank team - service as good as the clothes!

Do not purchase if you live in the US

Do not purchase if you live in the US.They do not have any warnings on their website relating to the high cost of returns. It cost $80 to return a package from the US compared to the £4 for UK customers. I already overpaid for a pair of pants for $180 and had to take an $80 loss because it didn’t fit.

At least put up a warning sign for US customers, since you promote your brand over here.

I don’t want to ever see this brand near me.

Update: Customer service rectified the issue. I was refunded the $80 and given a discount code.

Customer service

I have been a regular customer of About:Blank for over a year now, never had an issue until my most recent purchase of a hoodie. After I encountered an issue with the hoodie I emailed the customer service team. The woman I spoke to was absolutely lovely and handled the situation excellently, and I was given a new hoodie as a gesture of a good will which was sent by next day delivery! Couldn’t ask for better customer service and quality of the items I have purchased are second to none. Definitely recommend investing in About:Blank!

I ordered 4 times (4 separate orders)…

I ordered 4 times (4 separate orders) for the last 4 months and none of them were delivered. I tried to deal with it with Sara and Milie from customer service. I had a lot of questions through the email and they answered like 30% of them. Anyway the sent orders same way everytime and every time the shippment didnt even left the UK. Im from czech republic and asked them if they are able to send it with different shipping company. Apparently they cant. Soo frustrating to shop on this website. Its not probably scam but the worst customer service easily.
