Great customer service, kept me updated in the process of an repair.

I've already purchased limited edition watches from this brand twice, and I've been very pleased with both the quality of the watches themselves and the customer support. I especially want to highlight the appearance - their dials look very unique and eye-catching, the design truly looks stunning!

In my opinion, the store's support is among the best - quick responses, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to help with any issue.

An excellent experience overall, and I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on their future products.

i bought an About Vintage 1815 Chronograph. Stopped working after 30 days. After Sale is a nightmare. They try to shift all the possible costs on you and get rid of their responsibilities.
Poor quality.
I do not recommend About Vintage.

Outstanding and class!

I had looking at this amazing company for a while, savouring their great designs of their watches which are of incredibly high quality, beautiful looking and with their own unique stamp.

I finally decided on the diver watch, with a blue cross hatch dial which looks stunning, refined and popping in the light.

There are many diver watches with a common design but this watch delivers something very striking that makes you want to look more and more at it. Clean, classy and having a premium look and feel. About vintage have really nailed it.

I chose the NATO blue strap which is very comfortable and light and really is so nice to wear with this watch making it feel very light on my wrist. Highly recommend, or the rubber strap in my opinion.

Customer service with the company has been very swift, very helpful and I'm so grateful for how they've been during our interactions.

Wonderful company making beautiful watches. You won't regret the purchase you make..I promise.

The team at Henry Archer have been the perfect micro brand experience. They are selling really great watches that they clearly stand behind. Unfortunately, I ordered a watch that was not working correctly upon arrival. I sent an email to customer support and felt they did exactly what you would want customer support to do. The responded promptly (even with a difference in countries and time zones). Customer support provided some trouble shooting with a friendly demeanor. When I was unable to solve my issue, they quickly set up a free of charge exchange that had my replacement in my hands in just a couple days. They even sent a small gift along with the replacement. I had a great experience dealing with Henry Archer watches and they won a customer for life.

Great company, professional yet personal

I ordered a limited edition watch and after some time i decided to cancel the order, I sent an email to About Vintage customer support and they replied to me the next day with a refund without any questions. Of course they asked why you would cancel the order, I replied to them explaining my point and they were very understanding about my situation. It’s definitely won’t be my last experience with About Vintage!

About Vintage's website is very easy to view and order any items they offer. Once I chose everything I wanted, it was completed and shiped the next day! I also had a quick question after my order and their response was impediate and so easiy to navigate on their website to talk to someone.

As a lifetime watch collector, I found that About Vintage creations feature that “je ne sais quoi” which makes their watches design and quality both unique and sophisticated. I was also extremely impressed by the service level offered, and the pro-active courtesy I was offered by their Team Members Catrine and Gustav. 💚🤍❤️

I had a small issue with one of the straps, but the customer service team resolved it quickly and professionally. Excellent support, and the product itself looks and feels high-quality. Very satisfied!

The watch is really beautifull but that, I knew it already.
The thing I was very happily surprised with is the after sales service (unlike some comments I've read). I've had some minor battery issues with the watch when it arrived (wich can happen) and they have been very reagent witch quick mail answers allowing to fix the issue in one day.

My next one will definitely be another about vintage watch.

About Vintage watches are gorgeously crafted and the they have incredible customer service. I ordered a watch as a wedding day gift and realized I bought the wrong strap. I placed a new order with them, inquiring about a deal that was offered when I bought the original watch. They were able to stop the order for the wrong strap color AND give a partial refund, honoring the savings that were offered previously. 10/10 would absolutely buy from them again.

The 1844 watch is just beautiful. And the About Vintage Team was incredible helping me out and responding to my queries. I highly recommend both the watch and this amazing company. They really do care about their customers.

I purchased 3 watches and absolutely beautiful pieces. If the design is limited addition, they will be mention which month will be shipped and every time I received the watch in same month that was mention in the website. The best is everything is mention from the design until the shipping.
