Super! Perfect price!

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.

Quality, speed and joy

Aboutyou did a summer sale where prices were great. However, after making an order it got cancelled. Items are still in stock, but the prices are much higher than the ones listed before... Time to change the name to about profit, since it is all you ever care about. Customer service is not responding either. I encourage everyone who is affected to fill a complaint with KZP in Bulgaria!!

Ordered two heavily diacounted products, had two succesful orders, and suddenly a few days later they were cancelled absolutely on random. I guess after all the discounted stuff arent available for everyone ;)

I've been satisfied by both the products and their deliverance provided by AboutYou so far. Being among their VIP customers contributes to satisfaction as well.

I had 3 orders with them. The first one had an incorrect size sent however the return product option is a hassle free process. Very efficient and helpful when I contacted them via the phone. Since I wasn't able to just exchange the product with the incorrect size I had to make a new order - that's fair enough. The only down side was that despite being told that the new delivery will take 2-3 days (I was limited in time) it actually took more than 10 days which I was advised of via email. Over all experience was great.
