Above and Beyond no longer exists. We booked through them for our Explora Journeys cruise and all was going well until… Matthew Hawkins simply disappeared! Request after request for updates went unanswered until Cruise.co.uk (under which Mr Hawkins apparently operated) finally responded.
To be fair, Cruise.co.uk has been very good and appeared to be as uncomfortable as we are with the manner in which Mr Hawkins disappeared.
Do NOT do any business with him from now on, should he resurface under a different brand, as you may be left high and dry as we have been. Be warned

Booked through Above&beyond, part of cruise.co.uk, having had our vueling flight to Barcelona due to the airport being closed not their fault. We had no help whatsoever, left to find an alternative flight to Barcelona to get there before our transatlantic Explora cruise departed the next day, not only no help, no refund of missed transfers, hotel stay and no further communication since we returned, if you have problems you are on your own.

Jo, for putting together a fabulous trip to New
England and Canada. The hotels were excellent and
well situated, all transfers on time and reliable, the
cruise on Azamara Journey first class.
Well done, definitely Above and Beyond.

This was our first experience with Above & Beyond Luxury Cruises. I have to say that the company lived fully up to its name, achieved in our case through the excellent service provided by Matthew. A true professional.

I responded to an ad. from Above & Beyond, an agent I had not used before even though I have cruised a few times. Jo dealt with all my questions and responded quickly to emails/phone calls explaining the whole package put together by A&B which saved a lot of hassle. Everything worked out well and I would recommend Jo for future bookings.

Alana was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my (never ending!) questions and requests.

We are very much looking forward to the cruise that we have booked and feel confident that we will have a brilliant time :-)

Excellent help from Matthew choosing our cruise. We are very impressed with his customer service. We had a few quotes from him for different cruises and he was always very patient and happy to answer any questions we had.

We had real problems with cruise cancellation, needing to rebook, change flights, get promised discount from cruise operator and use credit. All this was sorted out calmly and with professionalism by Jo. She also kept us regularly informed.
We could not have got all this sorted direct with cruise operator.

First experience with Above & Beyond and my contact was Matthew Hawkins. He was extremely professional and prompt in all communications. We really felt that he gave us a lot of time in explaining everything and was happy to answer all our questions. We had a BA companion voucher and he was more than happy to quote just for the cruise. We have since advised him of our flight times so that the transfers can be arranged and yet again he was very prompt to confirm everything. He was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend this firm and Matthew for the booking of any cruises that you plan to go on.

Matthew went over and above giving us clear details on the trip we wanted to book also contacted us when the flights had come into range with the options for us. When we chose the flights, he booked them and sent confirmation within 24hrs amazing customer service.
