I placed order and immediately realized i ordered the incorrect part. This is totally on me and not ABs fault. I immediately responded explaining my issue via email with no response. I emailed additional correspondence explaining my concern and issue with no reply. I did receive an email to verify vin number which i responded with the requested info and a detailed message explaining my error . ZERO reply, they processed order and have yet to respond. Disappointed with customer service.

The coilovers were alright. Basically the same as any other cheap set. However good luck getting a hold of customer service.

No communication never Knew when the product had shipped until it was in state. They were prompt with canceling order and refunding which is odd. I never got a quick response until I asked for a refund communication was q great after that smh

It took forever to get this order mailed. I used the chat feature and never got a response. I emailed and never got a response. Bad customer service

I received no responses to any of my emails. I sent them the VIN they requested, followed up to see if they had received it and sent my order, and attempted to cancel the order only to then receive the shipping confirmation. I would still like to return the products, but no one will respond!

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Have sent over 10 emails in the last 3 weeks and they haven’t responded to a single one.

We ordered from them about 3 weeks ago. Realized the company was based in China and we needed our items sooner. We emailed to cancel the order within hours of placing it. We didn’t hear back so we continued to reach out to the company. The order shipped two weeks after placing it even though we sent multiple emails requesting to cancel it.

We have now received the order. We have reached out multiple times to request a refund and still have not heard back. On their website they have a 30 day money back guarantee yet they don’t respond to emails.

Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible experience they won’t respond to my emails I asked for a refund the same day and still no answer but have the nerve to ask for a review

Communication with customer service was great, whenever they gave me options, since they were out of stock, regardless they came through.

Just had the time finally to install these front strut cartridges!! Installed the rear air ride shocks 13 months ago and they are better than stock original items, the fronts ride so much better!!!

Someone used my payment info and charged my account an additional fee which I have to go through a lot of frustration to dispute with my bank. I will never purchase from this company again.

Horrible costumer service, I got a defective driver coilover and they said they were going to send me a replacement and they stopped replying to me.

Great customer service thru email. Packaging needs to be more foam to protect it. But product is awesome 👌

Everything came in the box and I can't wait to install them on my Honda civic and I was really hoping there was a decal sticker that said ab racing shocks

Terrible customer service parts got lost in shipping and could not get help with UPS just kept sending me tracking number. Had to wait weeks for a response and still have not seen a refund do not use this company!

I order both front struts for my BMW, I took the car and my the parts to the mechanic, the mechanic checked to see if I had the right parts and that's when he showed me that the parts were used and damaged. He then by luck pushed down on the strut and discovered it didn't bounce back so we check the other one and it did and he said, see both should work like this. So I, immediately went home and asked for replaced parts that worked or a refund. I was asked for pictures, not sure why, but I sent the pictures, then I was asked for a video, not sure why, but I sent that too. Then I was told I would be refuned w/in 48 hours. No refund and now I was sent some random picture saying this is what we sent to you, well if it was, where is it because I don't have it. Now he wants pictures of my old parts and the parts that they didn't send me to prove the parts. NEVER AGAIN...Scammers never win, especially against me!

Item came super fast and they kept me posted every dtep of the way! The coilovers bolted up exactly right and they even sent me the upgraded part also! Thanks again.. even tho they sent a part without the bushings installed, they quickly fix the problem and sent another out. Definitely a 5 star company in my book and the quality was up to par also..! thx again..

Rough start with the shipping parts got lost but a b racing got me my parts in a hurry and I thank them for that. Don’t have them installed yet so can’t comment on the products yet but they look quality very happy with how quickly they got the shipping corrected!
