Abshomeimprovements Reviews

Had our new door fitted two weeks ago and from ordering to work being completed we are very happy customers. This company is very efficient and we would highly recommend them. The door was fitted and you wouldn’t have known that any work had been done as the gents left everything spotless . Can’t thank you all enough for such superb service .

We have just had a window at the rear of our bungalow replaced by a window and new exterior door. The job was carried out within one day, by ABS’s team, who were punctual, friendly, courteous, and did a wonderful job. They consulted with us regarding any issues that came up and cleaned up after the work was done. We are both pleased with the result and would gladly recommend them. Many thanks for a job well done.

Brilliant service, delighted with new French doors also with front and back doors fitted previously. Fitters were quick ,tidy and did a perfect job. Thank you.

Highly recommend ABS! They are a great company and great bunch of guys. They are friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble! Thank you!

Having had a very positive experience with ABS for some work on my own home in 2023, I had no hesitation in recommending the company to my parents to replace an external door. Mum and dad are nervous when it comes to selecting contractors, so trustworthiness is essential. They could not be happier with the finished result! The contractors worked so cleanly, efficiently and were professional throughout. My mum has arthritic hands and really appreciated that the contractors adjusted the mechanism of the door to make it easy for her to use. So another 10/10 for ABS Home Improvements!

From quotation to installation, the whole process has been entirely smooth. Communication has been good throughout and ABS responded to any queries we raised in a timely manner. We were very happy with the quote they provided us for all of our windows, fascias and guttering to be replaced. The work has just been completed and we are so pleased with the result. The fitters arrived promptly each morning, cracked straight on and we were very impressed with the care they took and the way they cleared up at the end of each day. We would highly recommend ABS.

The standard of work was excellent, our window installation was far from a straight forward task. The team (from investigations, to quoting, to installation) were always polite and courteous and very keen to provide a fist class service. Mission accomplished. This is the third job ABS have completed for us - I'd highly recommend.

Emailed ABS Home Improvements to check they cover my area and arrange for someone to quote. Alex responded yes they do cover my area and we arranged a time for someone to measure up and quote. He arrived nearly 30 minutes late, measured everything, discussed in detail requirements. 3 weeks pass (it’s a big job hence I assumed it was taking longer to arrange a quote) I chase today for the quote. Response from Alex that he’s sorry for the delay, but I live out of area so they won’t be quoting for the works. Cherry picking work it seems, business is obviously good for them at the moment, very inconvenient, unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

Very tidy job replacing the garage roofline. No mess everything cleared away. There was a very awkward end wall to cope with limited access but all done efficiently

This is the third time I have used ABS. This time it was for 3 more windows and a new front door. I am so very pleased with the final product, just what I wanted. From initial visit to installation everyone is so very helpful. Now I’m saving again for the next set of windows and I’ll be continuing to use ABS.

Great choice of doors and very knowledgeable salesman . The fitter was friendly and efficient. He fitted the door with very little mess and cleaned up before he left 👍

Just had new windows and doors installed, absolutely thrilled with them, workman were absolutely first class,so quick and cleared up afterwards.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

ABS came round very quickly.the fitting was arranged to suit us and the workmanship was excellent. Thoroughly recommend their services

We’ve had all our windows and doors done by ABS and couldn’t fault them at all. They were efficient, friendly and thorough. The quality of the product is excellent and if there was a problem they sorted it out as soon as they could. The workmen left everything tidy and couldn’t be more helpful. The company went above and beyond in the end and we would recommend them to everyone.

This is the second time we have used ABS Home improvements. We don’t look anywhere else now . Their products, price and workmanship are second to none . Their tradesmen are polite, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them . Cannot recommend ABS home improvements enough. Thanks for another great job .

Clean,tidy quick and efficient
Very pleased with my new windows replaced with no disruption. Wanted to use ABS again after they made such a good job of my conservatory a few years ago

Very efficient. Able to match well to the existing windows and reasonably priced. Really pleased with the look of the doors and the whole process.

Exceptionally professional, first class fitters who really know their job. Super quality aluminium flush windows and doors put in with the minimum of disruption, care and good client liaison. Could not have wished for better service.

A absolute joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also unobtrusive and hardworking. Despite the fact they were replacing windows, we hardly noticed they were here! All completed in the anticipated timeframe and nicely cleared up after. I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family let alone strangers.
