Friendly and efficient

I've used both online ordering and phone calls, which is great in today's world, where it is often hard to talk to a person.
I've been ordering from Absolute Aromas for years without any problems, even though I've changed address a few times. The products are ordered and delivered quickly with any issues.

Regular go to company for essential oil products

I often use this website to buy aromatherapy products for home and business use. I love the range of products they stock, especially the beautiful fragrance of the reed diffusers, which always draw appreciative comments from visitors. I usually don’t have any issues with ordering or delivery. On one occasion there was an issue with their packaging supplies but I had a really lovely telephone call from a lady at the company explaining the issue and asking did I still want the product without the package. As it was for me this was acceptable. The prices and quality are very good for essential oil products. I would definitely recommend.

Two month later one order out of two still not received .

UPDATE 18/02/26 : After filing with my card company I received a refund after no 'customer service' replies to any of my correspondence. Rather strange behaviour from this company. And no apologies after its obvious they was contacted by my card company to resolve and accepted the refund so i do not have faith that if i needed product support through them they would be reliable. Be mindful of spending high priced goods here or any items where you expect some courtesy. Customers are not mind readers and should not be held hostage to a passive service unless forced. To not receive one email acknowledgement is unacceptable.

Two months later one order out of two hasn't been fulfilled.

My order was made in November 2025. I went away December 2025, hoping on my return it would have been delivered to my family member at the same address.

I received a voicemail whilst abroad asking if i still wanted the order. Found it strange as its a month later but still being patient I returned an email of my preferences for the order to go ahead or a refund. No response. January I email again no response.

I have now filed a credit card complaint. I understand they are a small ish company but every company should have stock systems in place to inform of late delays and respond via email so things are legally in writing once customers feel they need a response.

After being very patient (2 months and counting!) I give up. It's a shame as their products seem good on their site but because of the poor service I have not bothered gifting or using the one order i did receive, as the purchase and services feels dismissive and who wants to use products of a company that simpley takes their customers for granted.

I would now like to to return the order that i did receive as well as the refund for the one I have not. But as noone is replying it doesn't instil confidence again that they will acknowledge receipt if i deliver it back.

I know as a customer I have been very kind to give them many weeks to catch up with any assumed back log they may have since it was the holidays but again my order was made in November.

Please look into your customer services workflow. A lot of customers are busy (I'm having to write this at 2am in the morning as I have shift work). So a trusted platform and communication system should be in place if you are handling peoples money. 2 months is enough time to figure out any issues.

I second another reviewer here about their lack of delivery communications ..that reviewer seemed inundated with tracking emails whereas i have had minimal. Rather strange behaviour for a retailer. I intended to use their products for my health and wellness as i suffer a lot from health conditions so having to chase companies around work and family is frustrating and I am not sure they can be relied upon for future orders.

I will await for my credit company to deal with it and hope to get a response from the company in writing ASAP.

I recently purchased a 5ml ROSE…

I recently purchased a 5ml ROSE ABSOLUTE Oil which cost me €30.75 from a health store in Cork. Ireland and I'm so disappointed with the product as it has absolutely no scent whatsoever..the colour is orange and the oil is very liquid whereas the authentic rose absolute is red/brown in colour and the intoxicating scent hits you the minute you open the bottle. The oil I purchased in the health store is like sea buckthorn oil and probably is. Very, very disappointed!!

Avoid

Placed order, had an email to say it had been received and was being processed. Three days later another email "your order has been received and is being processed". You said that three days ago. And "order completed". The order is not complete until I have received it and am satisfied with it. I emailed to ask to cancel, as a week later I still hadn't received it, to be told it had been dispatched. If I knew that I'd have been happy to wait but felt let down by the lack of coherent communication. Finally received my order and to say the essential oil is below par is an understatement.

Excellent oils and products

Great products have used oils for years. Love detail and information about new products. Delivery a little slow would have like a text to say order delayed. Customer service polite and effective, will order again. Thank you!

Poor Communication and Incomplete Order—Will Shop Elsewhere Next Time

I did not receive any direct communication from Absolute Aromas. Instead, I received a message with a link to check my shipment, but I was unsure if the link was safe to click. I had to email them to confirm the status. My order was incomplete—one item was missing. I wasn’t informed that the product was out of stock until I called them. They told me they wouldn’t send the missing item but would process a refund in a few days. However, I haven’t received any further updates from the company. I rated them 3 stars because their products seem fine, but I would prefer to shop with another vendor in the future.

Nice product , using it since long back . I use to get the 500 gm alerovera gel for £10 but now from the website its £15 . Please lower the prices

Very happy UK customer.

I looked up this website on trust pilot prior to ordered two Aroma Streams. I couldn't find any reviews so I looked them up on Companies House and phoned them. The phone call was picked up quickly and I was reassured that everything was legitimate. I placed my order and my two items arrived the next day. Well packaged and in good order Very happy customer from Milton Keynes
