Superb mail system and customer support team
The Absolute email system using the web mail site is easy to use, reliable and quick. We have been with them for several years now and all being well will be for as long as we are using email. We've just renewed our accounts and because we have moved home and recently changed our banking arrangements too we had to make some adjustments before we could do so. The support from Absolute was superb; clear, easy to follow, always friendly and helpful, a top class example of excellent customer service. We couldn't ask for better. G-Mail account forwarding issues.
I have a G-Mail account that is set up for forwarding to my Absolute E-mail providers address. For some reason (perhaps I wrongly marked it as Spam - who knows!) it stopped working. Trying to contact G-Mail Customer Support team was a no-no (there isn't one!) so I asked Absolute E-mail to help. They were marvellous and after a few questions and answers and their tenacious searching, they found the problem and fixed it. The best e-mail customer support in the world.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! The domain hosting package is brilliant - easy to navigate, both the hosting and email services have always been totally reliable. I have placed 4 websites with them now, and none of them have had any problems. But often it's the customer service that makes the difference - and it's excellent! Emails are replied to promptly, and any problems quickly sorted. Would definitely recommend.
