I have now received three unsolicited emails from Absolute Digital, a company I have never engaged with or given permission to contact me. This persistent spamming has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.Despite never expressing interest in their services, Absolute Digital continues to flood my inbox with irrelevant marketing emails. This latest email, like the previous ones, offers a "free marketing consultation" for services I have no need for and have never requested. It is concerning how this company obtained my email address without my consent, raising significant privacy issues. The tone of the emails is presumptuous and intrusive. This third email even implies a previous interaction or interest on my part, which is entirely fabricated. This approach only serves to damage their credibility and portrays a lack of respect for potential clients' time and privacy. Moreover, the fact that I have had to endure multiple emails from Absolute Digital despite not responding to any of their previous messages shows a blatant disregard for common courtesy and professional communication standards. Their insistence on sending unwanted emails is a poor reflection of their business practices and marketing strategies. In summary, my experience with Absolute Digital has been overwhelmingly negative. The unsolicited emails are an invasion of privacy, the content is irrelevant and unwelcome, and their persistence is both annoying and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious with their contact details and to avoid engaging with companies that resort to such intrusive marketing tactics.

I am thrilled with the results achieved for my SEO Campaign. Although no guarantees were made, goals were clearly stated and targets were set from the offset. The team have been great, explain and reporting on everything so clearly. We are now 8 months in and we have smashed our initial goals and are setting up new targets. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Really impressed by the team’s knowledge. They helped us secure some great rankings for competitive key terms in our industry, but also focused on the wider picture to help us scale. Sales and revenue have increased by 62% year-on-year (just 1 year into our partnership!) We didn’t expect such impressive figures in a short amount of time. Looking forward to our continued work together!

I turned to Absolute Digital Media for all our online marketing needs over two years ago now, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I've made for my business.
From the moment I reached out to them, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to helping businesses like mine succeed in the digital landscape. Their team took the time to understand my business goals and crafted a customised SEO strategy tailored to my needs.
One thing that really stood out to me was their transparency throughout the entire process. They provided regular updates on the progress of our campaign and were always available to answer any questions I had along the way. This level of communication gave me peace of mind knowing that my business was in good hands.
But most importantly, their efforts yielded tangible results. Since partnering with Absolute Digital Media, I've seen a significant increase in website traffic and online visibility. My business now ranks higher in search engine results, resulting in more leads and conversions.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the services provided. They've truly helped take my business to the next level, and I would highly recommend them to any business looking to improve their online presence.

We were looking for a company to manage our PPC marketing and look to expand this further to social media, SEO and grow our business. We had been doing this ourselves but soon found the campaigns were getting less cost effective and needed help. We approached Absolute as the services they offer cover our current and future requirements and so we spoke to the CEO! He assured us the team will look after us, despite my reservations of us being a small company and not get the right attention, he said they have the knowledge, will be proactive and basically shouldn’t need to worry too much. He advised us a monthly Google budget of £2.5K-£3K to spend to see results.
After the first 2 months May & June, we had concerns and so we flag this to the CEO. We move to weekly meetings to start trying different things. The CEO asked Head of Paid Media to look into this for us. Firstly they reviewed our website making suggestions for some quick changes and used heat-map data to show where we are losing our customer on mobile. We agree on the changes to improve customer conversion and they made the relevant changes to our website. July revenue is half of June.
In August we had no revenue from PPC and Absolute suggested it was because we had a holiday banner about our two week holiday. Another suggestion from Absolute was to offer free delivery as we had already seen this with our competitors. So to test the theory we gave Absolute a free delivery promo code. We couldn’t see this promo code anywhere on Google despite them sending us screenshots to show it is live. Yes we did go incognito when checking. No one used the promo code and it was live for two months.
We asked Head of Paid Media to give us a forecast so we can work towards KPIs to market average. He gave us a forecast revenue for October, November, December. The revenue stays flat as per September about £10K revenue, total costs to pay Google & Absolute £3K. There were no growth in the plan. So if we stayed on we would see the same flat performance - even as we approach the golden quarter of Christmas Trading?!? This is where we just said it’s time for us to part.
We can only go with the facts at the time. For 5 months with Absolute we spend £10K with Google, paid Absolute £5K to generate a revenue of £24K. Not enough to cover our costs where the average revenue is £5K per month and after we pay Google and Absolute around £3K, then net off VAT we end with around £1.6K.
Disappointing part is Absolute still insisted on the notice period even though the results were poor. The Finance Director does not acknowledge the performance as being poor or good and she only says they generated a return and there are no guarantees. We know there are no guarantees, but the performance was not good and they wouldn’t acknowledge it. We flagged our concerns in July so that’s enough notice. The revenue didn’t improve much after that. If they had been honest that performance was not good then we could have agreed to part ways sooner. If they were happy that they just generate some revenue then why have Head of Paid Media look into it, why have weekly meetings instead of monthly. They must have thought it could perform better but it didn’t work out then just say so and admit it. The Finance Director was only willing to waiver the notice period if we don’t write a review. This shouldn’t be the basis. We wanted to understand why it didn’t work and from their perspective, as an award winning company, to give us some insight.
We wanted to share our experience so other small businesses alike to please take care. Maybe the expertise weren’t there to understand our business, maybe they didn’t have the time to spend on our account. We won’t know. We are an online business and you don’t need to be a Finance Director to know that if you generate an average £1.6k revenue net Marketing costs and VAT is not good!

Used this company to set up and run the SEO for my business website. I saw they had a lot of mixed reviews online but I decided to give them a chance.
The guy I initially spoke to, Sam Bonner were initially very helpful. Responded to emails fast and explained what their plans were upfront.
After a few weeks, this stopped and the company weren't interested in doing anything. Spent over £2000 in costs within a few short months.
Plus all the plug in feature costs I had to buy for the website which were over £100 each
Nothing was ever done and no changes were made yet I was charged a fee every month for the 'work'
My website kept crashing and being slow due to the add ons and then I was told I would have to pay more to sort that out too.
I've since used another company to help with my website and I've seen a huge difference. They even said that the SEO done previously was a joke.
They didn't take the time to understand my business but were just happy taking my money.
Also terrible customer service. The lady I spoke to, Daisy was very rude and dismissive many times and that's when you actually can get through!

I Cant tell anything about their work. But what I can say is that they are pretty rude on the phone.
I called to ask something and they just hung up while I was speaking.
I wont call u back and find another agency

I am wondering after my experience with absolute as a jock of a company they absolutely do nothing and absolutely taking your money if all this 5 starts are legitimate
I would leave it as a open question

A Joke of a company, thieves who steal money and don’t do the work. See the reviews on Google, Glassdoor etc they write their own ‘5 star’ reviews which the CEO forces employees to do, he actually dictates them. The wording and the language is the same if you look closely. They have a massively high staff turnover so they are black listed by recruiters, they pay below minimum wage, fake clients advertised on their website. Con artists who will threaten and intimidate clients who end up out of pocket. The CEO illegally sets up fake businesses/websites to try and tempt clients to sign up but none of them are real, he’s been caught out so many times and just ‘rebrands’ the company to shake off his awful reputation. This is a total Del-boy operation full of the CEO’s ‘get-rich-quick’ schemes none of which are legal. Do not invest your money or your business with these people.

Another scam company who write their own reviews. This company scams customers, their work is shockingly bad, so bad that they get their own content writers to write positive reviews using fake accounts. The way they treat their staff is beyond shocking, bullying, intimidation, minimum wage salaries, unpaid overtime. At the first sign of difficulties within the business they just fire 80% of the staff (the face-fits employees are always safe..shock) no furlough, no redundancy as they'd have to pay for that, they just fire them with immediate affect. If they were a solid legitimate company they would be robust enough to ride out any economic downturn but no... the CEO has to keep up his self indulgent lifestyle so 'bye bye' staff... Clients are conned out of thousands of pounds for work that's never delivered. Clients that they claim to of done work for on their website are fake, the CEO gets their designer to mock up fake websites so it looks like they have a real client base. As I mentioned their 'positive' reviews on platforms such as Glassdoor, Google etc are written by themselves so stay well away, there are thousands of legitimate marketing companies out there who work tirelessly to provide good and honest work for their clients.

I engaged with Absolute around 10 months ago to help my business gain further traffic and conversions for my ecommerce business after being recommended by a friend. After using a few SEO companies in the past with no return I was a little worried about investing yet again without a return, however, I have to admit that the team at Absolute really have been fantastic, and the results have been amazing. I have seen a ROAS of over 400% already, and I am now in talks with them about taking over our PPC too. I would highly recommend Absolute to any business looking for a reputable digital marketing company that does what they say.
