Absolute horrid nightmare

Update: The cigars never arrived. The status says delivered, but they have not been. I tracked with neighbors etc. but nada so far. This experience is a nightmare. Horrible.

Absolute horrid nightmare. I had bough here once before and it seemed OK. This time, I tried to change the shipping address and it worked, so I thought. then I saw the shipping notice to the billing address. Several emails, many voice messages, DM's as per their instructions. Nothing. Now the goods are shipping (Took weeks to come through) to the wrong place, where I will not be for at least 6 weeks. NO RESPONSE, NOTHING, NADA. Total waste of space. Never again!!

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Absolute Cigars. I returned a parcel weeks ago, and I have been waiting for confirmation that it was received and that my issue has been resolved. Despite numerous emails (all records are available)and calls, I have received no response whatsoever.

This lack of communication and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. I expected far better service from a company that claims to value its customers. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation, or I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.

would not recommend to friends

After paying for cigars & delivery, I received 1 email to clarify on my order & then it went slient for more than a week. Despite my repeated emails & even trying to get a reply throu it’s Facebook messenger, there was no reply.

Sent wrong Cigars--no one returns call or responds to email

On 16 Jan 2023 I placed an order with Absolute Cigars for two boxes of cigars (order # 18148) they were for Resposado 96 Estate Torpedo Maduro - bundle of 20 ($70.00) and for Reposado 96 Estate torpedo Habano - bundle of 20 ($73.00). On 25 Jan 2023, I received a package from the seller but what they sent was not the CIgars that I ordered. I called on several occassions but got voicemail with no one answering every time I called. I left two messages on voice mail one by normal channels and one marked "urgent". Thus far I have not had any response. I also sent two emails to with pictures of the cigars that they sent and also pictures of what I had ordered from their on line catalog. I have not had any response from the seller. I believe that they are not willing to correct their error and want future buyers to be aware that the sellers are unscrupulous and doing business with them will be a risk to getting what they order.

Do not order from them. I returned an order, never heard from them, ignored all my emails, no refunds either. Perry Williams is a thief.

Perry Williams is a liar and a thief. He sells fake cigars and the authorities have been contacted, he’s being investigated- and will be taken down. Don’t order from him- you will lose your money and could be implicated in a criminal investigation.

DEFRAUDED ME and they will do the same…

DEFRAUDED ME and they will do the same to you DO NOT BUY from these guys. Ordered cigars that were apparently sent but with a completely incorrect customer declaration. PERRY WILLIAMS at this company does this knowing your countries customs will return the package to him. Then when you try to get your money back he simply ignores you...luckily my bank refunded me.

I have ordered cigars thru Absolute…

I have ordered cigars thru Absolute Cigars 3 or 4 times.
Only thing I have ever been disappointed about was inability to send cigars to Mexico.
I usually send them to a friend's home in South Dakota.
After reading all these negative reviews, I almost ordered elsewhere... but, I ordered a few days ago.
US Postal is processing in SD and should arrive tomorrow.

Still very satisfied with Absolute Cigars.

Great product, rapid delivery

I have to admit I feared the worst having read the reviews once I placed my order but I have just received my cigars in tip top condition. Package arrived internationally to Australia in just over 3 weeks.
Absolutely no complaints about absolute cigars. Will definitely use again!!

Never Received Order!

This company took my order, charged my credit card, and will not respond to my many requests for order status! I did not receive my order! When I call their phone number, nobody answers and the voice mailbox is full and won't accept messages!
UPDATE: After numerous attempts to make contact with them, I finally made contact through FB messenger. They sent me the USPS tracking number and I discovered that my order is being held in customs. For how long, I don't know. This company really needs to get better with communications. I give them 2-stars.

Security issues and card details can be stolen

Absolute cigars has a very heavy security issue. Their website is not trustworthy. My card details has been stolen several times and random purchases were made from my card, fortunately my bank refunded but I would never ever go on their website anymore. Most of the antivirus will block it and it's now obvious why.

Ripoff: Returned cigars to them as per their…

Returned cigars to them as per their refund conditions in October 2021. No credit and they do not respond to emails. Fortunately it was a small initial order but after reading these reviews I will nevertheless report them and make it difficult for them to continue ripping off. Due to my background I know who to contact.

Save your money as you will get no cigar

Save your money as you will get no cigars with absolutecigars.com . You will never get a response from them once they take your money, USPS will never answer you because the service sold to Absolutecigars doesn’t include inquiries (can you believe it!).

This company got security issues, after shopping there, my visa informations was used to try and steal money from my bank account, and attempts of highjacking my email.

This company will steal from you, it's happened to me twice already in the past few months.

To begin with I loved them, three successful orders, they accept crypto and the orders were trackable and arrived in a reasonable timescale, considering the worldwide current circumstances.

Since then I have received absolutely appalling customer service, the worst, they ignore all emails and queries about orders that I have paid for and are either marked as processing or completed. They've literaly taken my money and stolen it, they've already got what they want, my money and for whatever reason they have decided to stop fulfilling my orders, despite them all being over $500 and me starting to turn into a regular, high spending customer, instead they are theiving from me. I am currently looking into how to have Absolute cigars held to account for this, they are literally stealing from their customers, what on earth are they doing????

I have two outstanding orders, totalling well over $1500 altogether, they completely ignored countless emails for well over a month, then FINALLY responded and admitted that they had an issue with receiving more than $1000 of BTC in a 24hr period and because another customer (in Canada), had also placed a Bitcoin order, taking them over the aparent $1000 limit they have/had, they then shipped out the more recent and lower value order (around $600), which I could track (was apparently sat in customs, but who knows if that was even my order with this unreliable, lying company). THEN, this week, they have sneakily deleted and re-registered my account, conveniently for them deleting all order history with no explaination at all and so far, no response too requests for information at all.

This has still not been received and for some reason (again, they are ignoring my emails so I have no idea what is happening, months of this now). So I am now waiting on an order I trust (what an idiot I must be), is on it's way out to me

The prior order for around $850 they said was not paid for(Absolute lies), all shortly before conveniently deleting any record of my orders for meto see. Despite me haveing paid for it, 100% without a doubt, wy would I place another order 3 weeks later???? Paid for with with Bitcoin.... the order wouldn't/couldn't have gone to "Processing" if I hadn't paid for it, it says something like "Awaiting Payment"

So they've taken my $1500, deleted and re-registered my account so any history is deleted. This company is notjing but scammers who seem incapable of responsing to emails. I am currently going about emailing the FTC explaining the situation

At this stage, if they are going to steal from me and then ignore me completely, I am going to let everyome know that this is what Absolute Cigars do and this is how they behave, illegally and heavily anti-consumer, I have never dealt with a supposedly genuine company who behave like this

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT SHOP WITH ABSOLUTE CIGARS, THEY ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, STEALING MONEY AND DELETING RECORDS THAT PROVE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED, PAID AND READY TO SHIP. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT AND THEY CLEARLY HAVE A MALEVOLENT OPERATING CULTURE

I have done everything I can to resolve it but after they have deleted my history and re-registered my account, it's clear they are bad actors and spreadingthe word is my only way forward. Please leave bad feedback here if you have experienced any of what I describe, companies like this need to be dealt with quickly, before they do too much damage.

Want good cigars? There are ciountless other options, Cash based, Crypto based, you name it. Absolute Cigars are the only company to have behaved like this, I am literally shocked at their behaviour, ABSOLUTELY unbelievable.

I've ordered several times now from…

I've ordered several times now from AbsoluteCigars. I've had them shipped to my address in England and in Thailand.

To Thailand, they usually take around 4 weeks to arrive. Recently, when in the UK, it took 4 months for a package to arrive.

I could see via tracking that the package had shipped quickly and was stuck in Canadian customs for months. Eventually, though, it arrived safe and sound.

The cigars are always packed well and include a Boveda pack, so even with long waits on delivery, the cigars arrive in good condition (and way cheaper than buying locally!)
