Ordered a pair of clip-on sunglasses:
- product does not match advertisement which is misguiding (plastic, instead of metal)
- is of mediocre quality, advertisement
- tracking information specified delivery from USA when, in fact it departed from China (no mention of any US postage on delivery package, even though 'tracking' info mentions various US places, which is an obvious lie.
- don't order, you'll feel scammed

Ordered a pair of glasses with clip-ons 3-1. And received a product almost not matching what they advertised.

So I tried returning it using THEIR return policy. And they ignored my request telling "I´m sorry, it would be so expensive to return it, please accept 5 dollars for your inconvenience" and so.

Gym bag , sturdy but does not stick at all… weak magnets, not worth a penny!

Ordered space saver bag x 3 packs, took along time to receive products, missed using them for the holiday. Opened up for next holiday, they dont even work, look nothing like the website. have emailed them numerous times to two email addresses and no replies. ordered 20/03/2025 received end of April 2025. Also thought it was in Australian dollars, but no it was American dollars, and they were not cheap.

FAKE PHOTOS with supe low quality product. I purchased sunglasses, the product was not look like what I purchased. Glasses has scratches. customer service is hopeless. I paid $60 and customer service finally said we can return $4. I am going to take legal action against them to prevent them from running this fake business and scam people anymore

I waited over 2 months for delivery of 2 sets of the 9 USB vacuum bags.
I got the same excuses as others - transport, customs etc.
When I finally got them they don't work.
The USB pump works but the bags are faulty and the pump is unable to remove the air from the bag.
The company offered me compensation of USD$5.
The products cost me AU$80.
this is not good enough.
I want a full refund or a product that actually works.
I agree that they should be shut down and not allowed to trade.
If I could leave a no stars rating I would.

Can not believe this company is allowed to operate. I am now 8 weeks waiting for the USB travel pump and bags . Same excuses as others “ tracking company hasn’t up dated “ .
The best excuse was “ it’s because of Trumps Tariffs “
Never ever use them they should be shut down from trading !!!

I ordered the 9 pack lightweight travel bags with USB pump and I'm still waiting for them 6 weeks later. I have contacted the company several time and they keep saying it is on its way the shipping company hasn't updated. They have done nothing to help me. I don't know if I'll ever get my order. I will never order from this company again and I would not recommend to anyone. I don't know how a company can work like this.

They will lie continually to you about where your goods are. I ordered goods. They sent a tracking number that would not work, could not tell me who the courier company with so I cancelled the order and advised my bank. Eventually, after a month, the goods actually turned up however I ordered similar from Amazon which arrived in days.
Their customer service absolutely sux but thankfully, I received a refund from my bank after sending their goods back to them .
My advice- DONT DEAL WITH THEM

Didnt expect much, but this thing totally does its job and seems sturdy enough. Happy with my buy, might snag another one if I see a good deal again. Arrived after 2 weeks but still pretty decent quality.

Got this on sale; practical everyday item, works fine, could improve packaging.

Overall decent purchase given its reasonable price point. Shipping took around three weeks—acceptable but could improve. Packaging was neat and practical, product quality and design exceeded expectations. Would appreciate quicker delivery next time, though overall satisfied. Experience would improve further with enhanced packaging protection for extended shipping journeys.

I’m in Ohio, US. I did receive 2 magbags, it took a lengthy almost 2 months to get here from overseas. I was extremely paranoid the first month, thinking this was a fraud company. But rest assured their support team with emails kept me updated with the tracking info. So I paused on the fraud claim with the bank when it hit the USPS tracking. Happy customer overall now they stick pretty good to gym equipment. At half the price compared to the official magbag company not bad at all

Ended up filing fraud for a refund against this company with my credit card. They could not provide me with a local tracking number, customer service even stated that they had another one sent out, but couldn’t provide me with a local tracking number. It has been over six weeks, and I still do not have my package. They would not refund the money, even though the package has been lost, and couldn’t give me a tracking number for the new one they supposedly sent out.

SCAM! I ordered two gym bags off of this company and immediately knew something was off when I was charged $72.54 and the charge was only supposed to be $57.96. Took a closer look at their website and it’s obviously scam site. Emailed the company in hopes of getting a refund and was told they aren’t able to cancel my order and refund my money, to wait until the product arrives and try it out (it never will) at least. No reputable company would ever say that. I honestly have no idea why they responded at all.

Ordered a small gym bag, it came through Hungary, I ordered it Sept 5th, it’s now Oct 7th and I still have not received the order.. I live in SC United States.

It seems a scam site, I purchased and its been more than a month. The tracking says that the products are in the country but its been weeks since that.
