Seamless, smooth and simple

I would definitely recommend using absolute reg for private reg numbers. The prices are very reasonable. I chose to pay extra to let them do all the dvla stuff which was done really quickly. The only thing I had to do waa inform my insurance company and stick my new plates to my car. Very easy process and stress free.

Excellent service throughout the purchasing and transfer process. The team kept me fully informed at every stage of the process. I purchased plates which arrived exactly as specified. As the plate was to go on a newly purchased car I had to wait for the V5 to arrive however once received I completed the details and the transfer was complete within hours. Bought a plate on line. Paid in full. Approx a week later someone called but I missed the call, they emailed and I asked what the issue was to be told the plate was sold on commission so would take 21 days. This wasn't said at point of purchase. Roll on to weeks later and despite several emails asking for updates and receiving no reply I call them and after being on hold for 10 mins plus was told the plate was unavailable. No refund given, no response to repeated emails. So they basically kept my money for weeks and to date I still have not recieved a refund. They never even emailed to advise plate wasn't available. When asked why no refund they said oh you may have wanted to buy something else. Would never use this company again. Ludicrous and take ages to answer phone.
