Placed order online, never received confirmation. Sent an email to ask and never got a reply. Phoned them and was told the item would be dispatched and I would get a confirmation email. Never received the email and no idea if the item has been dispatched ☹️

(Checked junk/spam folders but nothing there)

From my initial enquiry to work being carried out, everyone I spoke to was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful.

Steve who done the work was excellent, worked for close to 12 hours replacing the cloth and cushions, was very friendly and knew his stuff.

Done a great job, would happily recommend the absolute guy's.

Absolute Snooker have looked after our three tables at Playing Place Snooker Club in Cornwall for many years. They have given us excellent service. Cloths have been of a consistently high quality and the workmanship very good. Telephone contact and ordering has been easy and members of staff always friendly to deal with.

Used these guys a few times. Excellent fitting and really quick and neat.

Following contact to ascertain why my order was taking so long, received their apologies. Immediately sent another parcel with a few freebies. All good in the end.

Had may table recovered. The guy sent called Steve was first rate. He was clean and tidy, took his time to get everything perfect and could not ask for a better job.

A++ service from the team, quick response to emails and queries and booked in quickly for our 10ft snooker table reclothing and new nets. Very friendly, professional fitter with 44 years of experience,turned up early on the day and worked so hard. The craftsmanship he put into our old table was amazing and has made our table like new,would highly recommend the absolute team thanks again
